We have lived here for almost a year now and Have been very impressed with the management and the upkeep of the Facilities. The environment is very family, friendly, and very quiet. Spacious homes very well kept and really nice neighbors. We would definitely recommend living here to our friends and family. The piece and affordability are two things that stand out. Definitely enjoying our time here.

I own my unit and I am very happy here. Quiet and safe. 2 storm shelters on property are always clean. Playground for kids with plenty of space to run and play. Clean park and neighbors care and watch out for one another.

I’ve lived here a few different times but with the new management it has grown so much. Such a quiet and clean park with respectful neighbors. The management here is so phenomenal they go above and beyond for their residents. I would 100% recommend living here!

The park is having noticable improvements which will be nice when everything is finished. The manager,Jamie Jacobs, is friendly and will stay on top of a problem if it occurs. What is a struggle is the renters that live here if we need something replaced or repaired we seem to be at the bottom of the list of a priority, not from the manager but her getting the approval for funds from who she has to go to. But yet they are on top of raising our rent every year
