We just stopped here on a roadtrip through New England. We did not realize it is, a chain. It did not disappoint. We were warmly geeeted and service was great. My bacon burger was very tasty and I had an awesome drink. Hubby enjoyed his smash burger and drink. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was it could use a good cleaning, especially the booth seats and creases between the walls. Other than that a nice place to stop.

We were warmly greeted by the bartenders Tyler and Ashley, they were so pleasant, attentive, and made amazing drinks! They made my father’s day by speaking and engaging with him for a while, a very special experience for him. The food came out great! The manager Cristina was beyond impressing; she was so friendly, and everything that one could ask for from a restaurant manager. She’s definitely a shining star of the restaurant, they are very lucky to have her here. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Food was good, service was a little slow. Anoher table wasn't even ackowledged while we were there and the table after them was they ending up walking out. I used the restroom and 2 of the waitresses were in there tslking about benzos and other drugs, not something you want to hear about walking in to a restroom. The food ans drinks wete really good though.

The service provided by Christina Harmon was superb. She’s very attentive to all the guest. Out waitress Jessica was very friendly and knowlegable. Tyler made me the best Cosmo ever.

The food did not disappoint, I had the salmon over cream corn base and fresh potatoes. My boyfriend Cornielus loved his cod fish
sandwich.

We had an awesome time at the burger and whiskey bar, thanks to Gigi! She greeted us with a big smile and kept the good vibes going all night. Her attention to detail was perfect — our drinks were always full, and her burger and whiskey recommendations were spot on.

Gigi’s energy is what makes the place special. She’s fun, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of without hovering. If you go, definitely ask for Gigi. She’ll turn a good night into a great one!

Kevin and Christina were amazing! The food was delicious and don’t let me get on the drinks!!! I will be back. Don’t sleep on Plan B downtown Hartford location. We were very impressed!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Been there a couple times, mid-day for lunch. Quiet and the staff is very friendly. Clean and professional. Food was good. Parking, although out of their control, is a bit of a challenge but it affects all the restaurants and businesses in that tight area. Would recommend!
