If I could give 6 stars I would. I don’t leave reviews, but the experience we just had with the Play It Again Sports in Lubbock, TX left me no choice. We live in California and our son had his catcher’s glove stolen. He had spent the better part of 2 years breaking that glove in and he was signed up for several college prospect camps in the coming weeks. I found a gently used catcher’s glove on the Play It Again Sports, Lubbock, TX website. I called the store and spoke with Marissa-Anne. SHE WAS INCREDIBLE! Talk about above and beyond. She looked into pricing for express shipping, she cared about helping us get the glove before our son’s baseball games that coming weekend. She ensured it was mailed and we got the tracking number. We have told our son’s whole team about the fantastic experience we had with this location. Every Play It Again Sports is independently owned but WOW – we will shop THIS location online going forward!!!

Was able to find everything I needed for my son to start tee ball this season for really cheap. Everything we bought was hardly used and very reasonably priced! Store was clean and well organized and easy to browse. I was asked if I needed help finding anything and the checkout was easy. Staff was engaging and nice. I will definitely be back!

The best place in town to get used disc golf discs right now! I think they sell stuff for lesser sports as well.

Update: If you find your lost disc on their rack for sale, they will offer you 30% off for your trouble. Not on your whole order, just 30% off for the disc you already own. I'm sure their business model is perfectly ethical for other sports, but disc golfers should spend their money elsewhere.

I went in with high hopes as I have one closer to my home elsewhere. I barely found anything that I wanted and what I did was very bad quality. I acknowledge the fact the majority of items have been previously used, but I think there still should be quality in the items. The individuals who were working at the time were very rude- asking questions (much appreciated of course) then turning around joking with others while we were trying to respond and ask questions about merchandise.

I came here to look for some extra soccer stuff for they didn't have it. However they did have plenty of other stuff well stocked and low priced they even delivered to my house what we ordered.
