Wonderful company to work with! I’ve order twice from them for my communities amenity center. Pool loungers, end tables, chairs, tables, umbrellas, & two in water loungers! The new items brighten up the pool area so beautifully!!
The customer service is great! When damage occurred to two umbrellas due to a bad storm they were able to assist and helped with the replacement which was covered under the amazing warranties their products have. Delivery was a breeze! Actually received the items earlier then quoted even during the height of the pandemic. Awesome loyalty rewards, was able to get said items at a discount with a coupon from the previous order.
Definitely would order from them again and this time it will be for personal use!!

Pool Furniture Supply is my absolute go-to when purchasing furniture for our Community Association properties. They have a wonderful selection, for every budget. We were able to design loungers that the Board wanted easily.

The ordering process is a breeze and their communication is outstanding. Before charging our account, they contacted us to be sure we are aware of their lead-time for manufacturing and delivery prep. Once finished, they contacted us again to let us know we were about to be charged. Once charged, they sent a link to the delivery service tracker. They included specific instructions on the delivery process.

Once out for delivery, they CALLED me to be sure we were prepared and once again reviewed the delivery process and what to do about any damages noticed. However, the delivery process was completely smooth, we were called by the driver prior to delivery and there were NO damages!

Great Company to work with. We ordered a bunch of chairs for our indoor pool and a dozen were damaged during shipping. Let them know about it and we had replacement chairs that week that were delivered undamaged. I will definitely order from them again.

Pool Furniture Supply was amazing to work with! Joanna made the whole process easy. We were buying a rather large amount of chaise lounge chair and Joanna was great when it came to working up a quote and being in contact with the shipping company. Our wait time was 6-8 weeks and we have the chairs in hand within 2 weeks (or less) from the order being processed. From beginning to end, the process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy outdoor furniture! We will buy from them again in the future.
