Got in with a long drive through line. Ordered at the kiosk, and waited about 7-8 minutes. Food was out fast and fresh. No complaints here. I got the 10 piece family meal deal in the app.

Reading these reviews obviously you need to do something about this location. Sadly we stopped prior to reading them and sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before going inside and waiting another 15. 45 minutes to not get any food because the worker said the chicken was still frozen and they hadn't even got any out yet. We left, no food, and no reimbursement because apparently there was no manager to do so.

I know this is a fairly new location but I'm really disappointed when we got there it says order on kiosk so I did and I ordered for here someone came out said it will be a little bit for the tenders meal my total was 39.00 for my family meal and sides so when it finally came up it was stuffed in a Togo bag nothing to eat with come on im traveling how can I eat coleslaw with my fingers I asked for plates that got another excuse nothing to out my tenders in? And when I opened my box of biscuits there's 6 no honey no butter? And no Ranch like I asked for when I placed the order so I had to go back up there to the counter and I can clearly see drive through is busy but she's not once looked at the front counter but she can text on her phone I asked louder can I get ranch like I requested and butter and honey for the biscuits? That was met another excuse we don't have butter to give out I have 6 biscuits and she is trying to hand me 4 honey packets? And still don't know where the ranch was. I was little pissed I was hungry and tired and to have to go through all this fuss and to spend 39.00 bucks I packed up the meal that was just shoved into the bag and gave it back and asked for a refund. I hope you all get better service from someone that clearly not there to work but text and this wasn't a teenager this was a grown woman.

I really want to leave five stars as I normally eat at this location every Wednesday and I even changed to this location due to the quality of the food. But the last two times I have gone here the food hasn’t been to the same quality as previous weeks. Most of the food is overcooked or sat out too long the fries were not even enjoyable. If the food quality returns to what it was then I am happy to change this review to five stars.

We have gone to Popeyes for many years. The past few years, their service had become bad. The chicken thigh was great. We will go back to this store again. The manager took our order and she was most excellent .

Only person at the drive thru, 10 pm. Took our order. We paid and sat for 15 minutes to then be told they did not have the food for half our order. I wanted a refund. They wanted me to pull over and wait until they got in touch with a manager (offsite) to issue a refund. And we’re done with this Popeyes. Do not recommend.
