Great experience working with Prisco! Sales rep Joshua Reardon did a great job and was very responsive during the whole process. He worked with the moving crew on the location setup I needed, the electrician on hook-up, and he got me additional supplies for orientation. Highly recommend Prisco for your hot tub!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Prisco and couldn’t be happier. Between my wife and I, we probably visited the Fairfield showroom 6-7 times and had at least as many discussions during the buying process. Josh could not have been nicer, better informed, helpful, or patient (!), making sure we purchased the right hot tub for us, not necessarily the most expensive one he could sell.

And he and the team have been out to the house a few times to assist with set up and balancing the system.

Couldn’t recommend Prisco and Josh enough.

We bought a Hot Springs Grandee from Prisco, whose name we got from The Wirecutter. Right out the gate, Rrok our sales rep was amazing in trying to get us into the perfect tub. We were first time tub owners, but with an extremely complicated install process on a 2nd floor terrace behind surrounding buildings, knew we needed to swing for the fences to justify the cost of a crane.

Rrok got us into the perfect hot tub for our use case. When our orientation tech bumped our date, Rrok even ran me through setup and chemical balancing over the phone so we could use the unit over the weekend before it was fully commissioned. We cannot sing his praises enough.

But all was not well in Prisco land. As a construction professional I know a bit about crane operations. And the initial pricing we got for the crane was suspiciously low, requiring us to re-price things and wave off our first schedule attempt. The company Prisco had sourced to do the work was prepared to block an entire NYC street with no permits. I'm not entirely sure they ever pulled them either, as they never posted closure notices (so street was full of cars) and couldn't show me the printed copy when I asked before the pick. The operator's very cavalier statement when I questioned the permit situation was "we'll do it too fast for them to notice." Love it!

It all went ok, we have our hot tub, and I'm enjoying every second of its use. Rrok was a dream and Prisco team I hope you know what a great salesguy he is. He ran a lot of interference for me. But man, delivery left a lot to be desired if you're thinking of trying to get a giant hot tub onto a terrace.
