I recently went to this storage facility to price check a couple of units. I had no clue what size would work for me. I was greeted by Vickie. The amount of professionalism and punctuality was astonishing. She got me in the right size. I highly recommend this place or at least this location to anyone.

Last week I went online to rent my 2nd storage unit. The special was $1 for the first month but when filling out the request it did NOT apply the special. I went into the office only to find out that because I already had one unit I was not eligible for the special (btw I didn't get the special on the first unit). The website had NO disclaimer explaining the restrictions and I had to pay another admin fee of $29.00 for information that was already in their system. This is a violation of the CFPB Compliance Regulations and UDAAP requirements which is deceptive and abusive practices by not disclosing this information. Also beware there is no disclosure how long the special will last and can increase after a few months at their discretion. My suggestion is to place a simple disclosure on the website and waive the admin fee if you rent additional units. This will eliminate confusion and bring positive feedback.
Update: On 2/7/25 management reached out and explained the fine prints of the terms and conditions and the why's of how the facility maintains the integrity of the property. I made some suggestions for coaching opportunities and he answered my questions and even provided a credit for the first unit rented. I appreciate the response from the company and would recommend doing business with them.

Renters beware!! Rented my unit in June of 2024, advised the person behind the desk that I had renters insurance (with papers in hand) and would not need the extra at a $20 rate. First month of billing came around and I was billed $20 extra for renters insurance, I called the office and was told they added it accidentally and could only remove it if I came into the office or used the app to decline the coverage. App didn’t work, and I was on a business trip out of state, so I paid it, along with a late fee and regular rental rate. 2nd month of billing same thing, I called again and tried to use the app again, to no avail. I physically went into the office and asked for the insurance to be removed. Well, I had to make that same trip 2 times before insurance finally came off. I tried again to provide my renters insurance documents only to be told they didn’t need it. So now I’ve paid 2 months in a row for insurance I did not need AND late fees trying to dispute. Finally I called corporate to get assistance after not getting intelligent help at the property level. I was told I would get a refund In 24 hours to my account. That never happened and no one from corporate ever reached back out to me about my concerns. I spoke with Sonic or Sonet, an aggressive lady at the property today who told me the district manager decided to not refund the fees, though still, no one reached out. When questioned who the person was that signed me up Sonic or Sonnet? said it was not her and maybe Misty, which rang a bell. Then she proceeded to tell me it’s up to ME to ensure my account was accurate and when I argued I had tried several times, even calling corporate, she got loud and started talking over me, not allowing me to finish explaining what I was initially told and the steps I had taken to seek assistance. There’s a reason why the staff at this location only manages “space”,it shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll attempt to contact corporate again as I have paid fees I should not have. I work In the property management field dealing with multi family housing and have ALWAYS recommend this company to me properties renters. NEVER AGAIN! You can’t just tack on fees and charge people for things they don’t need nor want. VERY unhappy with the support form corporate and the onsite staff.
