I went to pickup a prescription only to be informed that they aren’t taking new patients for this particular medication. They told me I was sent a text message that my prescription would not be filled, only for the pharmacy to later realize I was not enrolled in their text notification program. So I not only don’t have a medication, and that I gave them waited multiple days for them to fill, I now I have to find a different pharmacy for this. A phone call could have solved this issue multiple days ago, and avoided me having to have a lapse in medication. Terrible customer service from a health care provider.

The Pharmacist along with workers are very caring, efficient, and easy to talk to. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone rather than Walgreens who would always make errors on your prescriptions.

-1 for the pharmacy at Hunt Club. RX are never ready and you spend money to get there to pick up a medicine not ready for another day. Then get it and it’s the WRONG medicine!!! Then the tech and pharmacist is rude to me? You took my money plus the bus trip for Nothing except seizures because you cannot do your job. Then laughed at me. Wow!

Don't go to this pharmacy. I am on an anxiety medication that literally makes me able to get up and function on a daily basis. Without this medication, I am a nervous wreck and can hardly get out of bed. I went to go refill it, and the technician said that they lost the prescription and did not have the prescription on file, and that they would have to call my doctor to get a new script written. I thought this was weird seeing as the prescription is electronic, however computer systems glitch so it could have happened. I needed that medication ASAP since I had been off it for a few days due to it being a holiday weekend (which is totally my fault for not refilling it sooner.) Three days passed and they still haven't received a new script to refill it so I called the pharmacy back. It turns out they did not loose the script, my insurance company put a block on the medication because "I was refilling the medication too soon." I had a simple dosage change causing me to go through my pills faster. That would have been fantastic to know so i could call the insurance company and explain the simple dosage change the first day I called because here I am, a week later going into full withdrawals because you cant stop taking an anti-anxiety medication cold turkey. Train your staff better.

Went for the first time today. My husband had just had surgery and I needed 4 scripts filled, and I wanted to shop in the meantime. I was told it would be 45 min-1 hour wait. I asked if they could put a rush on it, that he just had surgery and was in pain. They had it ready for me in less than 25 min., which I really appreciated. I will definitely use their pharmacy in the future!

Lady at the check in counter on 10/9/20 around 1:25pm was rude. She took my number and said it would be ready in an hour Was expecting a call to confirm my prescription was ready, but never got the call. So I had to give them a call around 6pm and the young lady had an attitude that I was even calling to ask. 1. Why take my number if your never going to call 2. What’s with everyone’s attitude? Only gave this two star because the woman at pick up was pretty courteous. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood Publix and I’ll never fill a prescription here again. I’d rather drive to cvs or Walgreens.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy does not share the level of customer service that the store does. Every time I come in or call, I am rushed. Last time I went in, I picked up a new prescription and asked to have it put on the auto-refill program and they asked if I could call and request it later because they were so busy. Today, weeks later, I called to request the refill and asked if they could set me up on the auto-refill program and she asked that I ask them to do it when I pick it up. It's a runaround every time. A smile would be nice, too.
