Please do not waste your time here. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. I waited more than 2 and a half hours for an oil change AFTER I made an appointment for the second time. When I dropped my car off I waited 15 minutes to speak with the mechanic and leave my key because he was working on a walk-ins car. When I came to pick up my car the owner told me I need to be “extremely nice” because I called them out on their disorganization and unprofessional demeanor. This place is trash. Just go to Valvoline.

Do not do business with TOMMIE SCALES EVER. He is a terrible business man. He sold me a car that I couldn’t even drive. Now I am stuck trying to figure out how i’m going to pay for a car I can’t even drive. He cursed me out multiple times just because I inquired about the car. I also signed a contract and was supposed to get my car that same day. I didn’t get it until three weeks later. He is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t suggest anyone do business with this man. He is also a liar.

Don't waste your time and your money here. Went there to finance a car with the owner Tommie and he ended up stealing $2500 from me. Asked numerous times for a refund and his response was "I have a family" Well I have a family aswell that I have to support. I ended up purchasing a car from a real dealership but now I'm out $2500. I will be filing a lawsuit. Please don't do your business here. Mark my words they will scam you.

When I saw that it was a black owned business I was happy to support. I went there for an oil change after waited an hour for it to be done fine. The next day I started to see my car smoking and smoke was coming through the ac vents in my car, I started panicking cause I dont know what the hell is happening. The smoke was burning my throat etc. So I brought it to another dealer and found out that the oil cap wasnt placed back over it and almost all the oil ran out almost blowing my engine. it's sad to say I'm not going back there the guy didnt even showed me the oil after he put it in.

BIG NO Owner made it very clear he is a 'businessman' ...hes only after you pockets. This place is a scam. I Brought my Lexus to get fixed and sure enough it isnt. Bolts and screws missing from under the hood. The owner uses acima to make money and doesn't even really fix your car - I recommend "Doanes auto" in Suffield, CT - ask for Kevin he is extremely honest . Don't waste your time or MONEY with Quadirs

Terrible. Can’t even get a oil change ! I’ve gotten my oil change there twice and every time I went to get a change it was a problem. Either they had no oil for my car, or they will tell me I can come in and then I come in and they can’t do my oil change. This third time I tried to come in I was told I could come in and I really couldn’t. I am so tired of this place I don’t even know why they are still in business. They are so unprofessional

They have great customer service and are very fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs done. They also have nice cars for sale , I will go back again.
