Going into quick med with the experience that I had to see them for. They accepted me right away. I did not get the girl's name but she had dark hair and wore glasses and took all my information. She was as sweet as could be very attentive and very caring. She took care of all the necessary needs that I had to have, gave me my shot that I had to have and saw me all the way through to the payment desk. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but if you could find out who she was about, 5'6 she wore her dark hair, pulled back and had glasses and a very sweet smile. I'd appreciate it if she could get the vote for employee of of the month. As usual, I always got excellent care at the facility in Beverly hills and the spotless office is very impressive and makes me feel comfortable going there.

I had a great experience at The Quick Care Med in Beverly Hills yesterday. When I went there at 12:30, they were full as an emergency had just come in but Kirsten at the front desk was able to accommodate me with an appointment for 4:00 which worked out great. I saw Heather, the PA and she was wonderful. She took appropriate time with me and made sure I understood about the medication I needed. And I even learned something new! Everyone I met there was very friendly and I left there feeling relieved and satisfied. The entire visit took only 45 minutes. Will definitely go back again if needed. I highly recommend this location. Thank you 🙏🏻

The ladies at the Beverly Hills location were amazing! Best experience at a quick care. Not only were they polite the nurse practitioner Mary was super sweet. My daughter needed stitches and she talked her through the whole process to make sure she was comfortable.

This was the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had at a quick care type of medical facility
We were there close to closing but NOT closed. They wouldn’t take my son back to an exam room, they said he had to be seen in the waiting room in front of other patients. The entire process was rushed, they dismissed my wife’s concerns for our son. When she asked if they were giving our son something for his nausea the doctor was dismissive saying our 9yo said he wasn’t nauseous in that moment, not taking into account that nausea isn’t always an in the moment situation and that he’d been throwing up for three days and unable to keep anything down. They did finally prescribe something for nausea after a back and forth, still in the lobby. When she asked the staff for a list of medications our son was being prescribed they said “the pharmacy will have them” she insisted on knowing what our son was being prescribed and they said again the pharmacy would know. They went and again got the doctor who also said the pharmacy would have that information. Since when is it acceptable NOT to tell a patient what they were being prescribed. They finally told her verbally and she wrote it down. They never gave her literature in anything per a normal visit to a doctor. When she got to the Pharmacy they had not in fact sent ivermectin the prescription and per the norm the pharmacy asked what medication was prescribed, which was her reason for asking. This quick care is the absolute worst from the staff, their lack of care, to their inconsiderate process for caring for patients. This is the second time in the span of two years we’ve had to be seen at this location and BOTH times have been absolutely horrendous. This county needs a better set of facilities to care for its community. If I could rate this a ZERO star I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I needed to see someone for bronchitis. This clinic is close to home. I went in got and got an appointment to come back in one hour. I was seen on time. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a reasonable time.
My prescription was sent to my pharmacy pretty quick.
Mission accomplished
