If I could give less than a 1 I would! We ordered 1,000 Welcome cards that are in postcard format as far as thickness however when they arrived they were not the same as before they were paper thin & flimsy. These were delivered to us on 12-1-2022 and I was out of the office on vacation and just got back and emailed Quickprint yesterday letting them know they were not the same and they are paper thin. I was emailed back letting me know that they were the same as always and they are not paper thin. They told me they would offer a 20% discount but that's it nothing more. I need them to all be redone. Once they told me that I told them that's ok I would be taking our business else where. I was then met with an email stating if I don't pay for them they are going to take me to small claims against the company and its principles! I never once (and I have every email) said I wasn't going to pay for them! When I replied just that I was met with " well you said the cards are wrong which they are not and you said they are paper thin which they are not. I have one of our old ones and one of the new ones and you can instantly tell they are not the same! Then the "owner" Martin Mena states We have had a late wave of companies not honoring our invoices and are now trying to address the issue with our customers that have taken delivery of goods and not submitted payments. He states you are one of them! We have never not paid an invoice and are clearly up to date on everything except this order in question. I just received these on Dec 1st which I was out until now and was asking about them. I never said I wasn't going to pay for them but thought they would make it right! I guess I was wrong. Just be careful who you trust to do your printing! I will never go back.

Beware of this place, they have falling down drastically, I came in for a job and was told it was below them and to go somewhere else.

Gail was absolutely fantastic to work with to get a large direct mail project up and running! The mailing became urgent after FedEx was unable to deliver after weeks of back-and-fourth and our deadline was quickly approaching. She helped me work through various templates including a mail merge, mailing to both US and Canada and offering several options to make sure that the project met all of our requirements. She provided regular updates and kept me looped in each step of the way. So happy I found this company and I look forward to working with them in the future for any additional mailing services I may need. Can't recommend them enough!
