Una esperiencia muy mala ordene chicken sandwich, no mayonnaise por que soy alergica me lo dieron con mayonesa y lo regrese y quedamos esperando por otro pero al esperar miramos que El empleado nada mas le limpio la mayonesa y lo empaco de nuevo y asi me lo dieron ,ovio ke lo bolvi a regresar y mire que se enojo espero que arreglen ese problema ,no regreso gamas ......?

I was not impressed with this place, despite the new and clean exterior of the building.
l ordered a bacon burger combo. The flavor was okay, but the texture of the sandwich itself was odd.
Perhaps it was due to the dry and crumbly bun, or the lack of sufficient mayo to make each bite smoother. Additionally, the amount of fries was very small considering it was a medium size combo, the container was not even full.
l also ordered a side of ranch, but the cashier informed me they didn't have any. Later, I noticed that I was still charged for the ranch. I saw plenty of dressing and condiment packets when he handed me my food, so he could have offered me a different sauce or at the very least, not charged me for it. The cashier also wasn't very friendly.

Stephanie and Rogelio are the most amazing people on planet earth!! Stephanie was super sweet and they got the food out hot and fast! I have never been to Rally’s but will definitely return!

Today my husband and I stopped by at this place RALLYS and ordered the chicken bites and fries box we asked if they had any spicy versions of the chicken bites. They said no but a nice worker there named Jason offered us to try something new with the chicken bites and fries box, he offered to give us buffalo sauce on top of the chicken bites we accepted and came back home tried them and I have to say they are extremely good. I extremely recommend this and would love this to be part of the main menu. We gave some to our family members and they all agreed it tasted amazing. Thank you for offering this. it was an amazing idea and hope to see it soon. Part of the main menu anybody else that sees this please do you a favor and try this and ask for this you won’t regret it.

Ordered online for pickup. When arrived, food was not all there. Sat at the pickup window 15 minutes and nobody assisted us. Some of the food we ordered online was not even available at this location. My wife and child both in bathroom in the middle of the night. Very disappointed, this was my favorite place in highschool. I ordered this burger in the picture, the other picture shows what I received.

Stephanie, the night shift manager, took my order and payment and then had me pull to the other side to wait 12 minutes for my food. Then, the guy manager realized I was waiting for a while and realized I still had not received my food and grabbed it. It had been ready for the last 4-5 minutes. He apologized, but I told him that his teammates should communicate when food is ready to avoid situations like this.

When I got home about 30 minutes later, I was missing my part of my order, a large fry. So I called and asked for the manager, and Stephanie said she was, and after telling her, she said she could not refund, but I could go back anytime this week to get a large fry. I told her I was not going to be able to, and she said anytime in her schedule I could come. I asked for her manager, and she said it was Larissa and I could talk to her on Monday morning. She spoke to me with an attitude and said, "You want a refund for just a large fry?" I said yes, not for the entire order but, yes, for the fries. She was rude and started arguing and raising her voice. I told her that if she didn't like her job, she should change it. She was making excuses instead of apologizing. She said she took my order but didn't bag it. Then she hung up on me.
