It’s sad you hire people like Jamie Wells that con four year old kids out of $400 for a broken toy right before Christmas. Do better in vetting the kind of people you hire.

I am handicapped, so is my husband, and we have a service dog. We entered the store, and the security guard stopped us, telling us no dogs allowed. Then he saw the service vest and allowed us to proceed. HOWEVER, he then followed us throughout the store, stopping in whichever aisle we were in to stare at us as if we were criminals. This happened through the whole store until and including the checkout. As I went to the checkout, I told him he was rude for following us like criminals through the store just because we are handicapped and have a service dog. He just stood at the checkout line, staring at us with his arms crossed, trying to intimate us, I guess. I got very angry and started to cry. The cashier was apologetic. I am a highly educated woman who loves the law, and I've never even had a traffic ticket. For him to treat us this way was horrible. It was prejudicial, and I felt I needed to stand up for other handicap persons with service dogs. I called the manager and lodged a complaint. I told her word of mouth can be hard on a business if it's negative, and she was also apologetic. I'm sure nothing will be done, thus the reason I put this review. Don't shop at Ramsay's if you're handicap. The security guard is prejudiced against you.

This is the cheapest local grocery store,even though theres an added 10 %. If you want something they don't currently stock, they are willing to order it for you. The staff is great and they smoke their own meat now, which is wonderful, too.

Needed some greens for Thanksgiving. Had been in the woods hunting and was running late. Got there with 2 minutes to spare b4 they closed Tuesday night. The gentleman was wheeling two carts of beautiful greens, some mustards, and turnip greens. I grabbed a couple bunches of turnips and asked if he had any collard greens as well. He said he had put those carts up already, but wheeled out a cart full of big bunches of very good looking collards. I walked out after store hours with the 5 bunches of greens I needed for the feast.
Many thanks again to the Manager and the team associate who helped me. I noticed that I had kept him longer and past his knock-off time. Again, Thanks to the associate who helped me out.
