I want to say a big thank you to Mr. Omar. I ordered an office chair for my wife's birthday. My wife's birthday is on Sunday. The chair was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but FedEx decided that it could be delivered on Monday. Mr. Omar called FedEx and went and picked up my gift from FedEx on Friday. I picked up the chair on Saturday and was very pleased that my gift was delivered on time, thanks to Mr. Omar. My wife was very happy with the gift, she is an accountant and spends the whole day in her chair, so I chose the right gift for my wife. Happy wife, happy life ))))!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer since the first time that I walked in 7 years ago. The service and quality of product is top tier. I have lower back issues and Adriana helped me buy 4 items to help my pain. The chair was configured for me and I was able to sit for 30 minutes and watch the pain disappear. I left with products in hand and feel much better. The car back rest is a must have. The desk ergo arms are top tier and the neck stretch device is a game changer.

Adriana is top tier and highly knowledgeable. Her service skills and patience are great. Listens well and extremely helpful.

If you have back issues, go to the store. You will leave better off!!

Two words come immediately to mind: Knowledgeable and Helpful.
First off, I was looking for a mattress and also some furniture, a desk and a chair, for my new apartment.
Instead of travelling around to a mattress store and then to a furniture store, I sought a place that might take care of both to keep my day short.
I found "Relax the Back" and Carlos there. I am very happy for that because my tricky back with its extra lumber has been thanking me ever since meeting Carlos V. and Kat.
When I say knowledgeable, I mean it like chiropractor-like.
When I say helpful, I mean all the way, ...through choices, adjusting during tryouts, sizing, educating, selling without pressure, and the delivery process. Needless to say now, I am very happy with having visited, met, and purchased from the people at Relax the Back. Carlos took the lead for me; ...and 5 stars for both.
