If you are going to go here, just be careful before you hand over your payment info. Review all the paperwork. I was told over the phone that I would pay $225 plus tax on the safety inspection, which it states this on the paperwork. My husband paid over the phone and they charged him $289. He didn’t think to ask them about why it’s more he just pays whatever. They charged $20 extra shop charge, plus the inspection was $249 for some reason. Nothing added up. On top of this our truck needs some work but not for $8,400 dollars. About $5000 in parts and the rest labor. Rediculous. Won’t be going back here even when we do want to upgrade. Dealerships are brutal.

In April of this year I bought a Chevy Trailblazer from this dealership. Josh was my sales person and he was so nice! Being recently divorced and buying a car by myself for the first time in many years I was a little apprehensive, but Josh was great and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. The gentleman who handled the financing who's name I don't recall now, was also really nice, and made everything very easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car.

Dominick was a great sales guy. Super easy to work with and knew what I wanted, no BS either. He told me what I needed to know and didn't waste my time. The GM Jim was awesome and laid everything out for us the first night we stopped in. Marcus, the finance manager was Great! Had us in and out in 15 mins flat...Total time in the dealer was about 60 mins which included test drive, paperwork and my two trades. These guys aren't your typical HUGE dealer they're that small mom and pop type which I 100% prefer. They have a lifetime customer out of me!!!! Highly recommended if you're looking for a new Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, Fiat or one of their many used cars.....Thanks Again Gents it was a pleasure working with all of you, loving the New Durango R/T too!

BEWARE!!!
I’ve always heard of repair shops like this however I’ve never experienced one. That is until now.

I brought my 2016 Ram in for recall work(removal of the factory installed emission defeat device) and to have it taken out of limp mode. The truck was dropped off on the 31st.

On the 5th “Nick” calls me and states one of my NOx sensors is bad. That they will need to do an extensive diagnostics for each sensor because, apparently, their scan tool does not tell you which sensor is bad. Just that one of them is. So I asked “what happens if it’s the first sensor you find?” To which he replied “this is just what we charge”. He also tells me my truck will need 144 dollars worth of Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Their own parts department sells this for 40 dollars for 2.5 gallons. So I go down and fill it myself for 25 bucks.

Now part of this defeat device recall comes with a 10 year 120,000 year extended warranty. Covering all things emissions and emissions controls. For example, NOx sensors. When I mention this they put me on hold for 30 minutes only to tell me that my claim was initially rejected but they were able to get a partial approval for 1,100. Leaving me a balance of 860. I say “ok let me call FCA customer service and talk to them. The service manager responds with “ok but if you don’t pick your truck up today we will charge you 50 dollars a day storage starting from when we completed the repairs on the 1st. That’s right, the 1st. My first call from when the job was completed was the 14th.

This has been the most blatant display of predatory dealership practices I have ever seen and I will be posting this review every possible place I can. Shame on you Roberts Dodge. Shame

Update 7/19/2022 Josh and Marcus did it again. This is my 4th purchase from Roberts and second from Josh. Thank you so much for the Warlock 1500, this was the easiest deal done. No BS Thanks again guys . Hope the service dept is just as awesome. I’ll see them in 3 months for an oil change. JOSH AND MARCUS WHERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH ..... this is the 3rd vehicle I've purchase from Robert's dodge. No need to ever go to another dealership. Honest and fair .....thank you guys ........Al

I was referred to Marcus by an acquaintance. I explained what we were looking for and he provided me with several options; by the time we visited the dealer, they had our preferred car ready to test drive. We meet with Josh to fill out the quickest application ever. In less than 15 minutes, we had all our financial options laid out; not even an hour later, we had all our insurance updated and drove home on our new car. If you have a busy schedule, they are the best to assist you. Quick, efficient, and don't try to sell you unnecessary things, just what is necessary to fulfill your needs. We got what we want and need. If you need honest people that are not only after a sale, this is the place to go.

My husband and I purchased a used 2023 Tacoma from Robert's in November. It was a TRD Pro with a coveted manual transmission. It was advertised in October. We asked Josh if he would hold it for us while we waited for financing, which we expected in October. Josh was wonderful to work with and secured the truck for us with a deposit. The dealership waited patiently when our financing was stalled. We finally got our Tacoma in November. I might add, we live in Vermont so the entire transaction was done via email and phone. Many thanks to Josh and Marcus for helping us get a super nice truck. We're delighted!
