I brought my TV in for repair on 2/26/2020 & as of this date today 1/4/2021 I have NOT received it back. Very poor communications with the business, never return calls, never there. When I dropped it off for repair I was told 2 weeks tops, well it's 11 months later & nothing & no communications from business at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP !!!! I can go on & on but not worth my time, I wasted enough time with this so called "repair shop". Of course when the business see's my "review" they will say it's my fault like they said about others that write a "review". Go anywhere else but this repair shop, you'll be much better off & you'll get your TV back.

My tv stopped working, was under warranty, Don was amazing and very professional, got the new panel replaced and TV back up and running in less then 10 days. Would highly recommend for TV issues.

My TV broke down and I was overwhelm in thinking that I had to buy a new TV. I decided to call a TV repair shop to find out if it could be cheaper to fix mine. After Samsung had a recall on my washing machine, this company was assigned to make the repair, after missing the first appointment and not returning calls, he refused to give me more than one day or time for the repair, because he "can't just go all the way to Hebron any time". When that one day didn't work for me, he yelled at me and refused to make the repair. I would never recommend this business, he is an awful, mean man who screams at people.

I brought my mom's TV about 7yrs ago and it's still the last TV,the screen was black and the sound completely left but you could see some shadows and shading we actually thought about this junk in it and get a new one but I stumble up against this place when I was eating hibachi once in the area and the guy was phenomenal great Obviously he must do great work because when I walked in there were TVs everywhere getting fixed and I really thought it was gonna be more than 250 I think he only charged me like $75,and I'm going back this week sometime for another repair for a different 🖥 .
