We enjoyed playing here, I brought my 8 month old son on a weekday for open play. My one issue with it is the baby area isn’t separated from the big kid area. Lots of big kids kept coming into the baby area and almost stepped on my son. Other than that it was very nice. Please find a way to separate the baby area or ask bigger children to stay out of the area (there was a posted sign)

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party at Romp n Roll. I loved the party and the fact that we had the entire building to ourself. The staff was nice and extremely helpful. Everything flowed the way I wanted and the other parents and children had a great time! It was the talk of daycare the next day. lol.

- Had my child’s first birthday here, if you’re considering it, please show up early. Website says 5 mins early but try to show up 15 mins early and make sure all your guest are there too. They are very strict with timing. We had a 3:30-5pm. And showed up between 3:32-3:38pm and had to pay an extra $50 for an extension. But the previous party was also still there. There was no party after us, but we felt a little rushed to get out. It was a Sunday so it’s understandable, but most of the children were under the age of 3, it can get hectic for parents to do things on a strict schedule.
- I called them a few minutes prior to arrival with my name so they knew we would be a little late and so they knew I was the one that they would have to coordinate with.
- Staff was a bit unprofessional and unsure of what to do, probably because they were young. None of them introduced themselves to establish rapport and authority. They spoke to different people/ my party guests to try and get some guidance on what we wanted. Moving forward it would be best for staff to make sure they have one, maybe two points of contact for the party, that way there is no confusion on what they should do. Find out at soon as the party arrives. Also have staff review the forum parents are expected to fill out prior to arrival and let the parents know they read it, but want to go over it to make sure nothing has changed. They should also ask if we really needed help because I could tell they were overwhelmed with the amount of people we had. We had 11 children and their parents so it was tight.
- The party room and art room is small. We ended up not even being in the party room. Which I thought was strange, but didn’t question it. Website says 15 children and if there is more, you will be charged more.
- The equipment is most suitable for young children between the ages of 1-6 yrs old as the website specified. Kids had fun, grand-parents/parents would do anything to see their kids happy, but the party pricing is a bit high. $550 for 2 hours, a cheese pizza and didn’t get the juice boxes with it. We gave them $30 gratuity and food too.
- We found out about Romp N Roll from a family member who used to bring their child there and they said ownership has changed since they went within the last year or so. They also noticed a decline in quality of service.
- After reading some reviews I have some similarities as other guests. The staff members seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The bubble machine was also small so the kids were close together and jumping because they were excited but that is a bit of a safety hazard- as they could bump into one another.
- Overall the time in the gym was good, but I wished the service was better quality and staff members were more enthusiastic and professional. Staff members set the tone and can be the determining factor if people chose to return to a place of a business.
- Things I did like: the area to sit and cubby’s for shoes was big and open. Also at the end of our gym time, a staff member waited at the back door and provided hand sanitizer for everybody.

We took a trial class and my toddler had a blast all while practicing physical and social skills. I do agree with a previous review that stated the facilitator was monotone and uninterested though. For a parent-child class it's fine because I brought the enthusiasm but for older kids not sure how the experience would be.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday today and I quickly came to write a review as I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. The teacher leading the activities was monotone and seemed so disinterested in being there. We selected activities for the kids for the party and they didn’t bother to modify them for the age group. The bubble machine for their bubble party was barely blowing bubbles. There was also no music going on in the party room while the kids ate and had dessert. All in all, we paid a lot of money to have the party at this location and were happy while the kids had free time to play in the open space, but otherwise i am very disappointed in the service provided. Thankful for the girl who decorated the party room and being helpful. Just wish the girls looked like they wanted to be there.

I went for an open play time at 4 pm. It was a really nice time. My son seriously enjoyed playing with all of the obstacles and accessories in the little gym and all the kids and their parents were very friendly and happy. It was a great time for my baby to mingle and enjoy himself. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my other friends with their babies.

My son had a great third birthday party here. The staff were interactive and set up games and activities in addition to the usual equipment and the bounce house. Would definitely recommend this location for birthday party fun!

The staff is so friendly, kind, and patient with children. I love the activities they do with the kids and how it allows them to interact with others and move around.
