Great prices how ever the quality matches prices. They were having a great sale so I bought a couple work shirts. After one wash they were literally unraveling. Store for the most part is clean some places are def a little messier but I'm sure that was the same. For the most part staff is friendly and helpful IF you approach them and they aren't busy.

This store does offer a wide selection of items such as candy and snacks clothing footwear accessories Electronics house Goods pet supplies toys small Hardware and supplies Garden and outdoor items Etc.

The prices are very affordable and the quality of items matches the price so you can expect a good deal but nothing top of the line.

The customer service is absolutely bottom tier in my experience. I have encountered even rude employees that made me so displeased that I actually just left my cart of items and exited the store. I have found that no matter how many customers in the store the checkout lines are never speedy.

I have actually really tried to like this store and have visited a handful of times. Every single time my experience is just not good so my last visit will be exactly that.

I've been remiss in posting this review... and you must know that the staff at this company offered EXTRAORDINARY service! Kudos #1 - In 2019, I saw a lovely white patio set at someone's home. She told me it was purchased at Roses. I looked online. Found the set. Loved the price... Called the store to purchase it before I left town for a family crisis but was advised I couldn't do so - and it was the last set available😦. Because I was so desperate to have it, I contacted the corporate office & spoke to a woman (Charlotte Blackburn?) who made a special arrangement for me. By God's grace, the set was still at the store when I returned. // Kudos #2 - On 6/25/19, Michelle, Sean (manager) & Joe (assistant manager) helped with making my purchase an easy task on site. Given my disability, some staff members helped me take items to the car & found additional store items to purchase to better secure the patio set in my vehicle. Kudos #3 - Made an attempt to assemble patio table on 7/8/2019 and found one leg was defective... Called store. Spoke to Sean, and he advised that another table was available on the floor & I can come get it... It was definitely the last table available for the season.. I exchanged the patio table at store on 7/13/19. The manager, Sean, retrieved the other one for me... All the staff have been professional, friendly & gracious through my entire purchasing experience.

On Saturday March 7, 2020, I went to roses with a elderly friend. While it should not matter, we are both black. We purchased our items and as we were exiting the store the alarm went off. Mistakenly, the young man that we checked out with, did not remove the alarm from one of the garments in my friends bag. One of the white cashier's, namely Jennifer, ran , I mean litterly sprinted to the door. My friend and I stood there waving our bags in front of the alarm system to see witch bag had an item with an alarm still on it. Jennifer snatched one of the bags from my hand. That bag was not the bag that had the alarm in it. However, the cashier ( a young black guy) who was very nice found the item and removed the alarm from a bag that was in my friends cart. Jennifer, did not apologize at all. As I was walking out of the store with my shopping cart, I decided I needed to say something to her and I did. I told her that she had better be careful doing that to people and being nasty and rude to the customers because some people would not walk away as me and my elderly friend did. She still DID NOT apologize. As, I was walking out again, Hispanic and black people saw me in the parking lot, that had been in the store at the time of the incident, had conversations and stories about how Jennifer had treated them in a similar manner as me and my friend. I will be calling the store manager. I was so angry with Jennifer and it did not cross my mind to ask for the manager. Jennifer is very prejudice. Warning to black and brown people be prepared for this treatment at roses. I have shopped there before and have had two incidents with Jennifer. The first incident was in November, when the same elderly friend and I went there and bought quite a bit of stuff. This time she was the cashier that checked us out. We went out to the car and as we were putting the stuff in the car, Jennifer came out to question us as to where we we from and said that she followed us out to collect the shopping cart. That was also strange because there were many carts that were on the side walk in front of the store where we've always taken the carts back to. Jennifer is VERY PREJUDICED!!! She needs to be reprimanded for how she treats people of color when we shop there. I will be calling the manager (if there is one) today. I think I will call the corporate office and file a complaint there.
