Well stopped here on here on Friday for lunch while heading to Pa. well got the wrong food. Had to stop back by on Sunday to pickup the right food. Get here for them to tell me no dark meat. So all white meat it is. Bathrooms are dirty. Sticky floor. Food was so salty it would give you a heart attack. Parking lot was nasty food and vomit in some parking spaces. A lot of parking. Good for tractor trailer drivers. Easy on and off. Flys in the window advertisement. You be the judge.

Stopped at the Bridgeville DE Royal Farms on 9/9/2024 for gas and get a breakfast sandwich for trip home. While getting gas husband wanted to clean his truck windows, so no window cleaning solution in all 4 containers he looked in. Squeegee was so hard almost scratched windows. Needless to say windows didn’t get clean!

Second thing we both used bathrooms, he said the men’s toilets were dirty and smelled like pee. Women’s toilets all had dirty rings in them, and soap dispenser ripped of wall!

Third, went to get breakfast sandwich from case only 1 chicken sandwich in there!!! At 8:15!!! There was a woman working behind so what was she doing ? Then she took our order to make 2 sandwiches. We both couldn’t understand her at all!! The kicker was when she finally got done making them they were lukewarm!!

The guy checking people out acted like he did not know what he was doing! Worse Royal Farms we have ever been in!! We contacted Royal Farms Corporate and never got a response!! Bye bye Royal Farms!!!

Don't bother to stop here if you have a dirty windshield. No washer fluid at 11:15 PM. I'm literally the only car at the pump and they are not busy so what's the excuse? Stopped pumping gas immediately and will finish filling up at a station that respects its customers, if I don't crash on the way since I can't see out of my dirty windshield. Oh, and their NFC pad didn't work. Go across the road to Wawa, much nicer.

I was a little disappointed because I wanted a grilled chicken club but it was not avaliable. I will say I ordered it at 10:30 am so that is probably the reason it wasn't ready. I did appreciate the clerk letting me know before I paid. I was more disappointed in the chicken slider. The package said with pickle but it did not have a pickle on it. Plus the bread was falling apart. I will visit this Rofo again sometime soon to see if they have made any improvements.

The cashier was rude, disrespectful and didn't want to help. The gas pump machine glitched, didn't know what to do. Went inside for assistance the cashier displayed terrible manners and piss poor costumer service. Never coming here again. I would advise others to do so as well. Didn't have a name tag. Middle aged male, shouldn't be working as a cashier or any position involving customer service.

Good thing I paid 5$ for this. The night crew definitely doesn't want to be there. Both outside smoking and I saw and heard the woman mumbling comments while she was banging around in the back making a burger that was "done" before I even paid. I had to wait while they both were outside smoking. I was going to have them remake but I didn't feel like verbally smacking anyone tonight.

The food isn't good, but its not bad either. Just your run of the mill stop area sort of location
