I had a fantastic experience today at the store, thanks to Michael! He was incredibly attentive and helped me find a pair of heels that I’ve been eyeing for a while. His patience and kindness made the whole process so much more enjoyable. While I was trying on the heels, he offered great advice and was genuinely interested in making sure I found the perfect pair. I truly appreciate his help and look forward to shopping here again. Highly recommend!

A man named Carlos greeted my partner and I begrudgingly at the door. Never smiled. Cold. Clearly bothered by our visit. Unfriendly and unhelpful. This experience was the epitome of pretentiousness in shopping at high end retailers. Went to LV across the way, could not have been a more opposite experience. The other shopper who was profiled at the same time as us is also owed an apology for true disrespect.

Horrendous experience. Do better.

My husband and I stopped by this location and were completely ignored. This was our first time in Florida (from California) and we were extremely disappointed with the lack of good customer service and lack of attention. The one sales associate who did notice us, just scanned us from top to bottom and kept his eyes on us the entire time. Not sure if our casual wear made him feel like we weren’t serious buyers, but we took our business elsewhere.

The truth is that the attention is unfortunate, I was going to buy a wallet with a Cassandre chain, a Brazilian man helped me, who obviously did not feel like serving or selling, so due to the terrible attention, I decided to buy this very thing, it's Nordstrom! A luxury store, with uneducated staff.

I wanted to exchange a handbag back in September that my mom had purchased for me as a gift. I had brought it back within the month. My mom wanted to make sure Saul would keep his commission so she literally let him keep the bag at the store and told him her daughter would bring receipt to exchange. When I came in with a receipt to exchange for a different bag he insisted I needed to FaceTime my mother… my mother was not available. He told me he would try to locate a new bag, since it was the only one left - he never got back to me. Fast forward months later the handbag’s price increased in November - when I finally was able to make it to Aventura Mall ( I barely travel to this area) I had to pay almost double the balance for the new bag I wanted - and this time his manager didn’t need me to FaceTime my mom. Incredibly unprofessional. They just lost a potential great customer.
