I went here to pick up a Wella product that I normally pick up once a month. Unfortunately, according to the salesperson Karen, the product is being repackaged, and there was none in stock. Karen explained that my product should be back in stock in February. Karen was nice enough to look up the product to see what other location may have it. Fortunately, Karen found the Wella product I use at another location. Karen called the store and asked if they could hold it for me because that was the last one in stock. I applaud Karen for all her help. She has convinced me that great customer service still exists. Thanks again, Karen, for all your help. I'll see you in February .
I forgot to mention I came to the store the day before before and was totally ignored by the salesperson who was working. So that's why I wanted to thank Karen for all her help

Today My daughter & I went looking for a certain shampoo & makeup found everything we needed including the cutest earrings I wanted
But I do wanna mention Your Employee Karen is amazing she helped us find what we needed and answered all our questions, very friendly, knowledgeable, very sweet and all smiles BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will be coming for more products & earrings.

I've been here a few times for odds and ends beauty supplies. Good selection for how small the store is. On our most recent visit, the lady who helped us was awesome. She greeted us, asked if we needed assistance, and showed us where everything was at. My daughter was indecisive about hair colors, and the lady patiently walked through recommendations. The friendly, super-helpful customer service was refreshing!

I love getting my hair dye here because it works and is way better on my hair then boxed hair dye from the grocery store. But I will have to say that my stop in yesterday was very annoying and not very helpful at all. I usually go in with my mom and she knows exactly what to get. And usually I've gone in and their super helpful. But yesterday the ladies there were not very helpful at all. I asked only a few questions and they just showed me where my color is but they didn't really answer the questions I had. So I wounded up getting the wrong products. Usually they tell me exactly what I need to get the color I want but yesterday it just seemed like they didn't really care for any of my questions. I work in retail and good customer service is the key to a successful business. I know how customers like to be approached and they like to have their questions answered thoroughly so I expect the same for me. It was very disappointing and I hope that in the future it won't happen again. Because don't get me wrong the products are great but if the staff is unhelpful and just give me short answers then I will take my business elsewhere.

I honestly don't understand where the low reviews are coming from. I've been shopping here for 3 years for my hair and nail care and I've never had an issue at all. The store may be small but they always have a great selection. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and it's always clean and organized. No complaints here.

One star only because the did have the item I wanted. Place was packed on a Sunday late morning. Two cashiers. I waited IN LINE to ask to purchase an item which required the employee to unlock for me. She then walked back to the register and took the person next waiting in line and I had to wait in line all over. A mistake I will never make again. Second time in one of these places and I will never buy from them again. Can be found on Amazon for 40% less cost. No wait, no crowd, and no rude employees.

Was told to wait in my car after verifying my order (because of practicing social distancing). Got off the phone with the clerk and followed instructions, after a lengthy 10 minute wait I start to wonder what the wait was. So I went to check and all of the sudden, I was told they weren’t bringing my order because they didn’t take my card. At which point I tried to give my card. The worker rudely interrupted me and said that I would now have to wait behind other customers at which I replied “how long would you have a customer sit in the car knowing you cancelled their order” (it could’ve been hours). After waiting until they were free (which I should’ve been helped immediately after the inconvenience) the worker refused to take my payment or offer the product. This is completely against business conduct.
