La Entrada es complicada de encontrar si te dejas guiar por el gps pero una vez llegas el servicio al cliente es exelente, literal lo digo e visitado muchisimos hoteles y el mejor servicio lo recibi en esta hotel, muy amable y cordial, ademas aperitivos bebidas y cervesa gratis, algunos dulces y agua en el cuarto tambien gratis, el cuarto y el baño tambien estaba impeccable en cuanto a limpieza se refiere, Es un concepto playero en un hotel, muy hermoso.

Basic comfortable room—seating area with wall TV, free WiFi, roomy eating area for 4, king bed, refrigerator, small microwave, one-cup coffee maker w/supplies. (No flatware or dishes provided but perfect for takeout or easy breakfasts. ). So convenient! Walk to town center shops & restaurants & beach access. Easy drive to grocery store & other restaurants. Location great for accessing area sights—zoo, museums, gardens, nature preserves & outdoor activities. Hosts & staff very responsive & helpful. Pool area pleasant & sunny (didn’t swim in January but sat out!).

Totally exceeded my expectations. Given the apparent age of the facility, I was not expecting the first class experience we had. The room was immaculately clean, with evidently recent modernizations. That alone would have made it a great value. However, the staff made the experience over the top! Received a welcome text prior to arrival, with invitation to call if I had any questions. At check in, the desk person personally escorted me to the room and made certain all my questions were answered. Even loaned me an umbrella for the short walk to a meeting we had. Received a nice thank you text after arriving home Clean, modern, safe, quiet, and outstanding staff. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed a night for our anniversary. Everything about this place made me happy. When we were greeted by the staff, it didn't feel transactional. I felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home. The room and bath were simply furnished, but it in no way felt spartan or bare. Everything obviously resulted from forethought and genuine consideration so that there was no clutter, but what you might need was provided. And the location is great! I'm looking forward to going back.

Amazing service and location. Kurt made us feel like his own personal guests from the time we walked in. Having the bike to ride was such a wonderful addition and we appreciated the free upgrade!! The room was spacious and had two king beds. Wow. And we even received a little Christmas stocking!
I am quite noise sensitive and was bothered by the fact that we could sometimes hear our neighbors talking through the wall. They weren’t loud people but it did affect my sleep, as well as the king beds which were somewhat squeaky and felt like they were on the older side. Still worth staying here, especially at this price point and location. Just some things to keep in mind. It felt more like an Airbnb (very clean and welcoming) but older in terms of the AC unit and beds.

Our stay at the Salt Air Inn was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the very beginning, the communication was clear and upfront, making the entire process stress-free. Check-in was a breeze, even when we arrived in the evening, and we were delighted by the welcome package, which included free beach towels and some sweet treats. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.

The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops in Neptune Beach. As hotel guests, we were provided complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, making our beach time even more enjoyable. We also rented fat tire bikes directly from the hotel, which allowed us to explore the area from a fresh perspective—so much fun!

The team gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in the area, and we were never short on coffee, water, or other supplies in our apartment. The ice maker next to the pool was such a thoughtful touch in what felt like a little oasis.

It’s clear that the owners and managers of Salt Air Inn have redefined hospitality. We’ve never experienced such personalized, attentive service. If you’re ever in the area, I cannot recommend staying here enough—it’s truly a gem!

Updated, clean, lots of complimentary snacks and services (luggage storage, bike use). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location and price were unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again. Seriously a gem and the highlight of our visit to Jacksonville.

Stay number 3 did not disappoint! I had room 8 this time, and 8 was as great as the other 2 rooms I’d been in! Smooth, fast, and friendly check-in on a Friday night, complete w complimentary beverage (and so many choices…even adult beverages)! I can’t figure out why anyone would stay at the stuffy chain hotels with all the extra fees, when this place is nearby! 2 waters in the room is amazing! I don’t even have to shop while I’m here to be sure there is water in the room. I have felt safe and secure in my quiet room (twice by myself and once w 2 young kids) each stay!

The only sad part of the trip was leaving! Thanks for a third great stay, Salt Air, and I’ll see you in January… if I can’t sneak back before then!
