Very cool place! It's looks kind of jenky from the front, but the space inside and out back is nice. We were here for lunch and ate outside. The food was good and the service was fast. I will be coming back!

After striking out on the island, I drove east to Cocoa Beach. As I headed South, my random restaurant generator in my pocket buzzed. It screamed, “Salty Sisters!” Okay. I am still a bit peckish as I left 90% of the last meal on the table. Salty Sisters is a new edition to the eateries in Tourist Trap Haven. Owned and operated by sisters Elise and Tiffany, it is family-owned and family-friendly. Looking at their Social Media I found a back to school night event they hosted complete with a jump house for the rugrats. You can't beat that.

Samantha is my bartender and service pro today. She is charming and gregarious and can juggle open prep work while dealing with difficult customers (me) without missing a beat. I asked Samantha for one Classic Smash Burger and One Pete's Pastrami. The pictures show the interior of the place, which is warm, friendly, and inviting. There is a very pleasant vibe about the joint.

Before too long, my order was up, snapping some more pics of the grub. I answered the questioning growl from my stomach and got to work. The first item I tried was the Smash Burger. While I am still not a fan of this method (when you smash it, you force all the juice out and are left with a dry slab of charred cow flesh), this one was adequate. Served with fresh iceberg, tomato, onion, pickle and American Cheese, it was reminiscent of burgers off the backyard grill. However, please stop this nonsense of smashing meat.

Now, before I go into Pete's Pastrami (write your own jokes here), I would ask you to take another peep at those pics. Where the burger was flat, the sandwich was fat! I don't think you could fit any more Pastrami between two slices of Rye. Topped with Thousand Island Dressing, spicy mustard, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, pickles, and onions, this was one exciting sandwich. Seriously, this thing, as they said in the 90s, is “The Bomb.”

The Big Boy says, “If I was a local, I would hang out here all the time. Great service and good food can't be beaten.”

Slap Your Sister Hot wings really good with good amount of heat. Florida Man Smashburger was awesome, really juicy and flavorful. The homemade fries were awesome also, great taste. Good selection of craft beers, plus good ol Busch Latte in a can. Wait staff is great and attentive, Stacy took great care of us. The outside area was really nice, family friendly also. Had great live music. Definitely will be returning.

impromptu stop ! Mary at the bar was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly & made us the best drinks. Smash burger & pot stickers were so good ! Definitely will be back next time we’re in the area !

Had a blast here on a busy Saturday night after a day at the beach with the family. They had a live band playing outside and were crazy busy, but we were able to snag a table in the bar. It was lively, at some points standing room only, and the staff was slammed from the bar, to service, and the kitchen. Our server, Jenny, was an absolute doll and kept us informed, and our drinks topped off while we waited for our food. She was attentive, and kept us happy! We played faves on the digital jukebox and shared laughs until our dinner came and it was so worth the wait. The smash burgers were incredible, I'll be back just for those! Definitely recommend. They have different daily specials and the vibe is a win.

This place is so fun. They happened to be having free bingo and $8 burger night when we went, which was an added bonus. We had fun playing bingo while we waited for our food. We also ordered some frozen drinks, and those were pretty tasty. My only complaint is that some of the fries were a little less appetizing than others. They're clearly fresh cut, and they taste pretty good, but they look a little overcooked, and some were a kind of meh. Our kids didn't really eat the mac n cheese, but I thought it tasted fine. Overall the food was good, the place was packed, and the service was very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves, and were pleased that this place was within walking distance of our airbnb.
