The community is top-notch—always clean, safe, and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is incredibly supportive and responsive, and the abundant CCTV cameras throughout the property really add to the sense of security. I had to leave because we moved to a different state, but I genuinely miss living here. After viewing numerous apartments before choosing this one, I can confidently say it stands out as the best. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality place to call home!

Recently my vehicle tire shredded. The apartment complex did a pavement project and towed my vehicle to another location in an uncovered parking spot to complete their project. They charged the costs to my account. After reaching out to the assistant manager to advise, she replied threatening to tow my vehicle if I don’t remove it. She sent me a copy of my lease agreement with the rules and regulations. The rules state my vehicle cannot be inoperable. I researched the meaning of that and it meant that my vehicle cannot be fixed. The rules also states that my vehicle cannot be in a state of disrepair. I researched that and it meant that my vehicle cannot be abandoned and in a dilapidated state. I went to my mechanic and he came to look at my vehicle and said all I needed was a new tire, washer fluid and pump as well he could just knock my fender back on with a hammer, it was no big deal. I arranged for roadside assistance to tow my car to the mechanic and he changed my tire the following day.

She said she did this to all residents to deter us from storing our vehicle in the property if we cannot drive it without assistance.

I asked her to change her position as she caused me a lot of grief and distress over minor issues and I was also not in violation of the rules and regulations. Instead she escalated the issue to upper management and doubled down on her approach.

Her intention was to tow my vehicle to an unknown location where I would be charged daily fees because my tire needed to be changed. My vehicle was also parked under my assigned covered parking spot. To complete their project they towed it to a random uncovered parking which also exposed my car to the elements. Needless to say I am dissatisfied and discontent.

The two stars are for the property and its excellent amenities, the lack of 3 stars are solely reserved for the incompetence that is the leasing office and their billing system. I have been a renter for 7 years and NEVER had issues paying rent like I do at this property. Normally I'm the first one to dismiss billing complaints in apartment reviews but I assure you I'm not some Karen complaining and this is my 1st review. First their online banking system went down, and I had to scramble for a money order at the last minute to pay rent on time, okay no big deal one frustrating experience. Cue to 5 months later and there has since been an issue every. single. time. I have paid rent on time every. single. time. Every single time I proceeded to watch the amount not come out of my bank account and I would follow up with the leasing office who always had endless reassurances I had paid and everything was fine. While simultaneously sending us eviction letter notices and late fees that they admitted four months in a row were not on us. Cut to this month, my check came out of the wrong account (which I acknowledge and would gladly pay the NSF fee) except I tried to alert them that it returned and didnt go through right away, and followed up 4 times in person and on the phone to ask why rent wasnt charged yet. Each time they said everything was fine and now they are charging me 300 dollars in late fees in addition to the NSF because they claim they didnt know about it until today. Would love to know how thats my problem. I am willing to be the return fee but how would I be responsible for late fees when its the incompetency of the leasing office every month for these delays. Of course they tried to put it on my bank, nevermind my bank statements contradicting them and my own bank providing proof. When I asked what happens if I cant/dont pay, they said they'd take me to court. Lovely leasing office isnt it? I am contacting corporate and a lawyer to consider suing. Very sad as I have NEVER been evicted or had these issues with a place ever. Place is great, management will have you running for the hills, always saying sorry and never helping in any way. PS, to the man we spoke to at the office who actually had sympathy and tried to help, we appreciate you. To Courtney and the other girl I spoke to, why dont you get some customer service training or find a new job where you might actually be willing to do your job.

Units are outdated junk. Way too expensive for what they actually are. Price is probably justified in their eyes by the nice pool and good location but it’s a lipstick on a pig type situation. Not only do you have to pay for your own gas, electricity, water, but ALSO the community gas, electricity, water. This really ticked me off because why should I be paying for the property to decide to water the grass all day. Anyway we moved there across country and they gave me an absolutely filthy unit after driving 35+ hours. The Super 8's i stayed at along the way were cleaner than the unit. We opted to upgrade to a “renovated” unit after not wanting to stay in the original dirty one. They did take care of me on the price for the renovated unit after the initial fiasco however the washer and dryer were still from 2001 in the renovated unit among other outdated things. Dryer burnt my clothes on first use. Huge windows make your unit a greenhouse in the summer (hot!) Maintenance guys are cool and try their best but 3 different property managers in a 16 month stay should tell you enough. Don’t be fooled by the nice pool and stay away.

Ramon completed my maintenance request today and as usual provided exceptional customer service. I’ve lived in the San Cervantes community for 3 years and never had an issue with my apartment being maintained. I have a huge gripe right now with management not allowing shade on patios especially when it’s well over 100 degrees in the afternoon; but as angry as that makes me you can’t beat having stellar maintenance when you rent. Thanks Ramon for all you do to make this property a great place to live.

Don't rent here unless you don't mind.... kids leaving there trash everywhere, they can't control their dog's, half the dogs off the leash. Poop everywhere. Ants up the glore, grills don't even work. Kids unattended. You couldn't even take a bath due to the terrible resurface job they did. Looks like they did it 5 times. I had them fix it but looked like all they did was spray paint it, yes it chipped again. Then the front office when you turn in your keys early they DON'T tell you you'll get FINED 75$. I turned them in day early. Then we had issues after issues with our AC they would come back every few days. Even when telling them the issue. They wouldn't fix the pipe that was bent, but instead wanted to see our face every other day to band-aid it. Charged almost 1K for carpet just for them to put hardwood in. Crazy. When asked to speak to a manager, the expected unprofessional saying "he's in a meeting." Terrible place. Never again
