This review is long overdue! I have had the pleasure of having work orders completed by Service Technician Jesse. Jesse is always very professional and will take the time to explain what work he would be completing during the service. Jesse used to work at my previous complex and I was overjoyed to see him transition to San Valencia! I know I've told Jesse thank you in the past but I wanted to let Management know that Jesse is a true gem and an valuable asset to any organization he is employed with! THANK YOU AGAIN, JESSE!

San Valencia is a great place to stay. My family and i have lived here for 3 years now. Although there has been some changes since we first moved in, i am hopeful things will get better with time.

Id like to recognize Miguel our maintenance staff here. He is super great. He pays attention to detail, double checks his work, and does an awesome job communicating what work he's doing. Hes very genuine and takes pride in the work he does. We are hoping he can be recognized for his outstanding work and efforts! He definitely beems with pride being a part of the mark taylor company and you can tell each time.

Lived at this community for nearly two years. There are plenty of issues to bring up. The staff is no longer present which makes zero competent sense. Things are backed up due to this and no ones needs are met.

The playground when we moved in was littered with the stray cats poop. There are a ton of stray cats everywhere. The playground is essentially a giant litter box. For the amount you pay for these apartments it is ridiculous they can’t solve this problem. My son wanted to go play there but due to the cat poop I couldn’t even justify letting him go out there given how grotesque it is.

Furthermore, there is a huge bug problem. Spiders, cockroaches, and crickets. Crickets are the least of the issues. If you live on the first floor you basically need your apartment sprayed weekly to keep the spiders and cockroaches away. Again for the price of these apartments this is ridiculous they can’t solve this problem.

They don’t communicate to the landscapers that their lack of maintenance on the pine trees is creating a fire hazard and is killing the trees due to lack of trimming and over growth. The dead pine needles are a danger and can cause fire but no one cleans them up just letting these trees grow out of control. The overgrowth of branches will hence cause the trees to die which hey Mark-Taylor that’ll cost you money!! It would be better to just have them trimmed.

I would give this community a zero rating if possible. I lived at other Mark-Taylor properties which were much better than this one. I am sure the staff is fine it has more to do with those above them not changing or demanding those they hire to do what is needed to make this community wonderful. I am sure they will read this but nothing will happen to fix the issues to make the place fit the standards they so claim to have.

Place has gone down.. bad. They allow abandoned vehicles all over the lot. There are loud neighbors driving in and out fast with loud music bumping at late hours of the night. There are residents here who have more than their allowed cars who take up the parking spaces. Seen a truck parked and has not moved for months since they moved in with their huge family in a 2 bed. They do not get to your maintenance requests quickly anymore. They claim to be backed up but let’s be real, it was never an issue until they started this new change on everything they do. It used to be sooo great here. So worth it, but now their values to make us residents happy, they don’t fulfill that anymore. I hope that they come to some kind of change soon to either go back to old ways or restructure what they have going now because it simply isn’t working. Us residents who have lived here for a long time… we should be heard. We should be given the excellent service they once had before.

Mark Taylor , bring back the old San Valencia.

Miguel was polite, understanding, on time & efficient. We needed our fridge water filter replaced and he informed me that he couldn't replace it due to the filter being unavailable but followed with when that part does become available he would call and set another time to get it replaced. He fixed the other 2 outstanding requests that needed replacement/fixing (clogged drain & light bulb replacement).

I had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea today for a wonderful tour of the San Valencia Apartments. She was tremendous at answering all of the questions I had and she was prompt at getting back to me on a few unique questions I had. She left me feeling at ease and excited about my possible future at San Valencia. Thank you Chelsea!

Jesse is awesome! He has been responsive and fixed various things in my apartment that were broken prior to move in. He follows up and does what his says which I can respect. You are lucky to have him and I am too!

We just moved in to San Valencia and the move-in process was amazing. We had been looking at lots of different options around the valley and no one compares to the friendly, hospitable team here. They helped us through every step and were more than accommodating!
