The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Judy I think is the managers name. She seems to really care about the store and her team. She recognized many of her customers by name. That's impressive for an outlet store in a tourist town. She was a huge help. I was having trouble with a yeti product and she told me how to reach out and ask for a warranty replacement. New one is on the way. Huge thanks for that. Will return everytime we are in the area

Well "there is no one that can do anything about it. It's just a single shirt..." that was the response given to me from the manager after ordering a shirt from Sand Dollar in Foley. Four weeks went by, and I had to call them for a status update. I was told around 6 weeks at that call. Six weeks came and went, again I had to call them for a status update. I asked the manager if she can make a call for me to get a status. I was told, "there is no one that can do anything about it. It's just a single shirt...". There was no sense of initiative to try to help me. She was more in defense mode than trying to be proactive to help me resolve this. Finally the result was just a credit. In hind sight, I wish my daughter would have given me a gift card to a restaurant instead. I dread going back there again...

This was the first time that I've ever been in here and it was a very nice store! They had just about every major brand from Patagonia to Huk, to Salt Life and the very popular Hey Dude shoes. The store was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and very courteous. If you need any clothes or shows and shopping in Tanger Outlets then look no further than the Sand Dollar Lifestyles store!

Awful experience. The girls behind the counter were making fun of other coworkers and I was treated as if I was going to steal something. The girl was motioning when she thought I wasn’t looking and said, I’m keeping these boxes.

Then, when I got to the register, the shoes were more expensive than I thought. Because of that and what happened earlier, I walked out and left the shoes. I won’t be back.

I would have let two of the staff members go on the spot, if I were their manager. Be polite, professional and push the buttons on the register. That’s all. Otherwise, go home.

I’m currently headed to another store to buy the exact same pair of shoes. Thanks.

My first experience in there was positive. I didn’t need any assistance and I got what i wanted and checked out quickly @ about 8:30pm
The next day however they were very rude. I got a pair of shorts for 19.99 on sale; my SIL decided she wanted a pair we asked them to check the price and they refused! like it was the biggest Inconvenience to run the scanner over the barcode ?‍♀️?‍♀️ they insisted I must have bought a pair that said s18 as in last season. I checked my tag when I got home and sure enough they said s19 just like the rest of the shorts on the rack that looked identical ... seriously though would it have killed them just to check instead of insisting that they couldn’t have possibly been on sale!!

Visited the store located at the Wharf in Orange Beach. We walked into store not knowing that it was nearing closing time. Manager did not notify us of this, but instead followed us around the store continually asking if we were OK. He then began a conversation with another employ about closing, obviously for our benefit. As a former retail manager, I know that making customers feel uncomfortable is not the way to run a business. Not only did he lose a substantial sale today, but I will not return in the future and I will pass the word on my experience.
