October 2024 I brought my vehicle here to look at a sunroof leak, a service advisor told me no problem covered under warranty since my vehicle had less then 30k miles. when i picked up my vehicle after 7 working days i got my vehicle back DAMAGED, SCRATCHES ON DRIVER DOOR, DOOR HANDLE PASSANGER REAR PANEL, HOOD ROOF AND SUNROOF. CENTER CONSOLE DAMAGED DRIVER DOOR DAMAGED AND A FEW OTHER SMALLER INTERIOR PARTS. i brought this up to the service advisor she brought the "service Manager" CHRIS out to take a look who was less then pleasant to add to less he was very argumentative about the damage cause. working with the service advisor and a ford/Lincoln representative, brings us to February 2025 our advisor got approved to have our vehicle taken to a body shop and interior components fixed YAY right? 2 weeks later we get our vehicle back SCRATCHES ON DOOR AND HANDLE REAR PANEL SUNROOF AND THE HOOD. they did replace the center console and 1 interior components. i again brought up this to the advisor who said this is all she could do. i have never been contacted by management on anything for this only heard from the advisor. i saw GREG WAITCUS would leave his number on some reviews so i got his number hoping i could get in contact with him after calling for a week once or a couple times a day he has never contacted me except once when he forwarded my call and sent a text "can i call later?" i have physically gone to the dealership to have some others that work there leave notes on his desk in his office again has never contacted me. here i am march 2025 writing this review, this is my experience in brief, my vehicle still DAMAGED less then 30k miles vehicle brought here to be damaged.

Highly recommend speaking with Julie in sales. Spoke to her in the AM and I was approved by lunch time, and drove over that afternoon and she helped me find the perfect truck! She was a tremendous help!

My salesperson, Julie, was helpful from my first to third visit selecting a new truck. I’m not an impulse buyer, but she was patient and showed me many of the important features of the truck when I finally signed. the VP reached out and left a voicemail. Then emailed me an explanation of why the expense for the estimate. He offered a free detail, oil change and tire rotation. That is good customer service follow up. I would not have left a review at all but I did receive an email asking about the service I received so I let them know. That doesn’t negate the fact I don’t believe I got the “inspection” I paid for nor satisfaction I expected.

Took my classic TBird in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Tires not rotated and inspection not done. Wanted $3400 to start to change an oil gasket.
