If you’re looking for a charming holiday experience, the Christmas tree lane in San Carlos is a must-visit! While the street is shorter compared to larger displays like Willow Glen, it has a cozy, “short and sweet” charm that makes it special.

A few houses really stood out, especially the first or the last ones—they went all out! One even had a brand-new Jeep beautifully decorated as a reindeer sleigh, which was simply gorgeous and creative. This was the spotlight for us! Some homes, however, were a bit over-the-top with the lights, which didn’t always work in their favor.

The real fun lies in bundling up in warm clothes and taking a stroll through the street to soak in the festive spirit. It’s a delightful way to spend an evening and get into the holiday mood. Come next year if you want to get in the holiday spirit! About three blocks of houses with lights. Some are cute and some are simply amazing !! A few sell hot cocoa.

They don’t shut the street from car traffic, but they do limit it to one way. You walk on the sidewalk but there’s enough room to go around people. Incredibly crowded.

Pro tip: Find parking a few blocks away and walk. Like on Arroyo. Park BEFORE the car line starts or you will be stuck.
