Wonderful ambiance. We came in December and the decorations were out, there was a fire on the grate, and candles on the tables. My meal was perfect and everyone raved. A great experience.

We found this place quite by accident; saw it was an Italian restaurant, and decided to go inside and check the menu. Wow! Beautiful antiques and decor throughout the building-deep reds, Tiffany lamps , dark woods and a crackling fireplace in the dining room, set Scopazzi’s apart from all other restaurant options .
The menu was fantastic, eclectic , and timeless. Rack of Lamb, Pepper Steak, Escargots, scallops…all the classics, ensure there’s something for everyone.
The service was professional and attentive, while being genuinely friendly. We wanted for nothing. (* our waitress had worked there for over 20 years-I wish I would’ve asked her name. She had a slight European accent and we enjoyed every interaction with her-she was really good)
This restaurant is like an ambassador for the town of Boulder Creek. We want to return again and again. Do yourself a favor and go on a date night, or bring your family-you wont be disappointed!

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Was greeted and seated immediately. Ordered and food was brought out promptly. I had a French Dip and fries. It was delicious!! Wife had Steak and Eggs that she enjoyed very much. The place does need some updating inside though. And there were some flies buzzing around that were annoying. Overall I recommend them!

I had an incredible dining experience at Scopazzi! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was charming, with cozy lighting and a welcoming atmosphere.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure our every need was met. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

The wine selection was also outstanding, complementing the meal perfectly.

Overall, Scopazzi is a hidden gem in Santa Cruz County that deserves all five stars. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a memorable meal, I highly recommend this restaurant. It's an experience you won't forget!

We went to Scopazzis last night for dinner. It was Father’s Day, so I can understand a full house backing up the kitchen. It would have been nice for the waitstaff to acknowledge the delay, apologizing for the wait and periodically checking in with us. We were uncomfortable having to ask about the hold up. We received our meals 75 minutes after ordering. When they arrived, both of our filet’s were quite overdone. Not wanting to wait any longer, we ate what they delivered. My bf’s seven year old ordered spaghetti, pretty simple. It was so salty she could barely eat it, taking a drink of water after each bite. It was a nice idea and it’s a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant; but we won’t be back anytime soon.

Schönes italienisches Restaurant mit 1a Service. Essen und Weine auf dem hübschen Patio war sehr lecker. Angeblich, so hörten wir, wird es bald schließen, weil nicht genügend Gäste kommen. Wie schade! Wir haben sowohl das Essen als auch die Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Die Bar lädt auf einen Drink ein, der Speiseraum ist liebevoll gestaltet. Wer in der Nähe ist, sollte unbedingt nochmal hin!

We found this place driving back from a winery up in the mountains. What a find. The outdoor space was huge, they had tall heaters and a wood burning fire pit on the lower patio. The service was fantastic and seems everyone was a local besides us. We will definitely be back.
