Dan is the man!!! He hooked it up with a fully loaded 2024 Crosstrek Wildness off the show room floor… Austin answered all the financial questions I had, and the two helped me make the easiest decision I’ve made all year! I’ve had my car for almost 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier… Kyle in the service department also came in clutch and helped to get me in for an oil change the day after I called. Can’t thank this team enough for keeping me on the road!!!

I have felt with Secor Subaru twice since purchasing my vehicle a year ago and I am thoroughly unimpressed. When I went to purchase my certified pre-owned I was receiving many many phone calls to make sure I was on board with my purchase, but as soon as I signed the paperwork all that friendliness seem to have stopped. As I signed my paperwork not only was I not given a second key for my vehicle and needed to track them down nearly a year later with the help of Subaru HQ, but I opted to register my vehicle through the the dealership and they never gave me a physical copy until months later when I needed to call them and beg for it. The final straw was when I took my daughter to the store and I unfortunately lost my key, her and I were freezing outside and thankfully the people in the store we were at scoured and could not find my key, but Subaru roadside assistance let me into my car where I found it hiding under the mat. I was told that if I didn't get that key I would have to replace all of my locks and my ignition and have everything reprogrammed, totaling to $1,500. The real kicker is I wasn't able to get a key from secor subaru, even though I was owed that key when I signed the document which they neglected to give me, but I had to get an associate from Subaru headquarters to not only speak with the sales manager, but then I had to follow up with the sales manager and for some reason the gentleman who sold me my car, and on top of all of that they were not willing to work with me on a time to get my key telling me I needed to get there early in the morning because "the guy that does the keys doesn't want to show up in the afternoon." This current job I leave at 2:30, I would have been there in an hour and it wouldn't have taken long at all, but the blatant disrespect I've received from this company Time after Time after Time has proven to be far more important to them then a baseline decency of customer service. The sales manager I spoke with was helpful, he was kind, the gentleman I purchased my vehicle from was kind, but the fact that I've been bounced around when I needed a hubcap replace and they couldn't be bothered to help me out, the neglect of giving me my key and my registration, and the frustrations of all of this time and energy that has been wasted on phone calls and planning and negotiating all four simple requests I will never understand. I bought my pre-owned Subaru through this dealership but that is the last thing they will get from me, they have lost my business and I promise that I will let every person I know that Secor Subaru does not deserve the business of the kind people and their hard-earned money that walk the same streets as me every single day.
