Julie and the fellows were terrific at Secor service department.
I was having trouble with my alarm going off, I stopped in to make an appointment to have it fixed and Julie took time out of VERY busy day to show me how to lock my doors w/o setting the loud alarm. Just today I picked up my car and Julie was able to have all the services done at once saving me another trip for additional repairs. Julie kept in touch giving me advance notice of items that needed repair. It was nice to know just how much my bill would be ahead and plus she gave me a nice car for a loaner.

She was most interested in helping us find the right car for our needs, even suggesting some lower cost and pre-owned vehicles to consider. Sadly not great. I made my appointment for a regular service with Zachery. He asked if I would be waiting and I told him yes. When I arrived a different person told me it would be a 3 1/2 hr wait. Had I known this going in I would have planned accordingly. Unfortunately this necessitated my wife driving from Stonington to pick me up and ultimately return me when the car was done. They did rush the work but it was still a major hassle.
