I cannot recommend this venue highly enough!!!! We had our wedding here this July and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous and has an intimate feel with easy indoor outdoor flow. The team is even more amazing! So professional, kind and attentive. Their inclusive wedding package is incredibly competitive and we had the most perfect day for a very fair price!! Don’t look any further, this is the best venue there is, in gorgeous downtown Rancho Santa Fe! Laura is amazing, she took all the stress off me during the day so I could relax and enjoy!

Getting married at Secret Garden was the best decision we made! Firstly, the space is gorgeous and intimate. The garden coupled with the reception room almost feels like backyard house wedding. Our guests all raved about the space as well. They only do one wedding a day and despite being on the 'main' road in downtown Rancho Santa Fe, you feel secluded from the outside world. The entire staff is AMAZING. They made the entire planning process super easy and super fun. I can't even tell you the number of requests they accommodated and they executed everything to absolute perfection on the actual wedding day. I truly didn't worry about a thing in terms of set-up on my wedding day. Finally, the value was incredible. We admit we first got sticker shock when we saw the proposal but it includes SO much - not just coordination/planning, but decor, rentals, a DJ, photobooth, photographer. When you start to compare their proposal vs the cost of hiring everyone separately it immediately becomes clear that Secret Garden is not only a great price, but also reduces headache. The amount of decor they provide saved us so much money as well - we pretty much just needed candles and flowers and they provided the rest! Plus you can bring your own alcohol which saved a ton of money. We highly recommend putting the Secret Garden at the top of your venue list!

I cannot recommend this venue and team highly enough! The space is absolutely beautiful in the heart of downtown Rancho Santa Fe. It's the perfect space for a classy and elegant intimate feeling gathering but can also hold up to 300 guests so you don't have to restrict who you invite! The package is truly inclusive of almost everything, except dessert and florals, and alcohol (but you can BYOB which is great). I will say the included photography won't cover the whole day so we spent an additional $1200 to get the whole day covered with photography. The team is incredible. Our coordinator Laura was SO AMAZING, so on it and kept our day running smoothly so I (the bride) could just enjoy the day! The catering is amazing too, great food and tons of choices and Christine is incredible to work with. Overall, the best value venue in all of San Diego I truly feel like I hit the lotto. 100% book this venue!!!!

Just perfect! We were here for our son's wedding in August. The venue is just beautiful with lots of greenery and the use of real flowers everywhere was a huge plus! There is plenty of shade, and because it was a very humid afternoon, we were happy that the reception building was air conditioned and very cool. It was also nice to have the wedding, cocktail hour and reception all located in the same area. The staff at this venue was amazing, especially the wedding planner. She took care of everything and was super accommodating! The parking was a liitle bit iffy, but we managed. I highly recommend this place, especially for a summer garden wedding!

Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life.
It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time.
Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team!
To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!

I recommend the Secret Garden and Epic Coordination for anyone getting married in the San Diego area. Our package included a discounted catering rate, photography, and DJ, and it was so wonderful to choose what we wanted to focus our time on – The Secret Garden can be completely all-inclusive, but still gave us the option to choose our own vendors and add our own decor as we saw fit. The entire staff was kind and helpful and the location is absolutely beautiful. There is ample overnight parking, plenty of privacy and quiet for your ceremony, and an excellent open floor plan to dance the night away! If there is one thing the venue could add it would be more powerful air conditioning, as RSF can get very warm in the summer and the reception space is indoors. The patio and grass ceremony area was a great spot to cool off later in the evening. We hope to be back at The Secret Garden to celebrate someone else's special day soon!
