I watched the fire truck blast the horns at some kids playing on the street to the point they started crying and ran away. Completely uncalled for. It wasn't during an emergency either, they just did it for a laugh. It was so loud and obnoxious even our dogs started wailing. Real mature guys.

These men were more than generous with their time they provided so much of themselves with their patience and attention along with their positive attitude towards their position in our community I am genuinely thankful for these men who took time to answer the call of a little boys birthday wish to meet his heroes that he wants to grow up to be some day thank you to Fire Station Department is #1 in security/widefield Coloradosprings,CO. Fast and do their job right, although they were a bit rude when it came to a health issue the patient had under control and was educated about and also snooped in a desk nearby which was weird when it wasn't required fore them to do so.

I I’ve lived in security now for 20 years and we have had to use the fire department a few times and they are wonderful absolutely wonderful they’re always here there is pleasant as can be and I can’t say the nicest thing about them they’re just wonderful they know what they’re doing and they’re there for you and dark mirror our community. So I think the men and women at our fire department I’ve only seen gentleman so far at the one here in security on main street or security Boulevard but man I couldn’t say nice enough about them I really do appreciate them and love knowing the right around the corner from me. God bless each and everyone of them

Absolutely incredible job by the guys and the chief down at the station!!! My wife got a ring stuck on her finger and we literally tried everything we could to get it off. The firemen were so careful while cutting off the ring they barely even left scratches on her finger. Thank you so much guys for the effort you put into getting that thing off and being patient with my wife. I truly cannot thank you guys enough!!!

They are just awesome they helped me with my 2yr old when she cut her finger and the made her so happy by letting her see the big fire truck. Now she wants to make them cookies.

Thank you for your service to the community BUT they really turn on those sirens way to much.i know they are volunteering over there and they are excited to turn on the sirens like kids but what about the people who live close by and have to hear that ALL DAY LONG.im just saying they could wait til they down the road outta respect for the neighbors around.i work nights and those sirens are ridiculous 50x a day

Fire fighters great, don't call for ambulances from Security fire. They are very rude and even other people on scene commented how rude they were to me. I will not support any money increases any more if they can't find staff that is that takes your trouble serious and not make jokes out of you vwith rolling eyes. Very unprofessional
