Our experience with ServPro was top notch from our initial call with Holly, and Troy who worked with our appraiser promptly, Josh and his crew that did the demo, all the way through to our project manager, Candace. Candace walked us through the process and timeline of reconstruction, was extremely prompt with excellent communication, and her team of subcontractors was the best. She worked around our time constraints to get the project done and truly went above and beyond—everything looks GREAT! After all was finished Jason’s ServPro team came in for a final cleanup and left things looking and smelling fresh. A lot of my spring cleaning has been done—baseboards, walls, windows, etc. ABSOLUTELY recommend ServPro, Candace and all the rest of our team! THANK YOU!

I cannot say enough good about Josh’s team and Chris’s team. They did an excellent job they made me feel like I was their grandmother. That’s the two of them. JOSH and CHRIS were excellent couldn’t have been any better and their teams were excellent too all of them deserve a big accolade, they went above and beyond to help me feel secure. I trusted them with everything. My situation was very difficult. Part of the time I was in the hospital and the entire project took five months of disarray I really needed first class help and that’s what I got.

She educated us with construction terminology which we were ignorant of being novices in the field. Our needs were addressed ,we were kept informed of the progress of the work and she helped in choosing
the best materials needed,even reaching out to our insurance
adjuster in case of need or clarification. The construction company personnel, she had on this project were also very
knowledgeable and respectful. We were truly blessed to have Candace as the project manager. We would absolutely recommend her for any
