The Ahi Tuna bowl was absolutely delicious. The tuna was sushi grade freshness surrounded by an array of flavors! Beautiful and healthy. They never cease to amaze me!

I absolutely love it here I come almost everyday I always feel amazing after eating their food never sluggish or tired the Acia bowls are amazing the fresh pressed juices smoothies and rice bowls are great even the sandwiches. Everything is full of flavor you can tell how healthy it all is but yet still so tasty I recommend this place to everyone !

It was my first time in this place and I absolutely loved it. The owner greeted us with a smile and asked for our names. When she went back to see how everything was, she addressed us by our names. I had the Coco-kai bowl, and it was delicious. Love the decoration and energy of the place. I will be visiting again soon.

Love the vibe of this place, it has great decor and a very home like feel. To top it off the smoothie selections are great and the food is very healthy and fresh. The BLT did not disappoint at all, this was a really good spot for lunch on a Saturday afternoon.

My daughter needed a school lunch and with nothing much in the fridge I told her to check out simply bowls co menu and I'll grab something from there..My first time there,everyone was so helpful w the menu, the service was fast and everyone was just so nice . Dropped it off and she loved it..no doubt we will be back...Ty!! ( For reference she ordered the Jasmine bowl & the Golden Greens smoothie)

Loved our experience here. Was in Waterbury for the weekend and was looking for a healthy option and glad we came across here. We had the basmati rice bowl and brown rice bowl and the very berry smoothie. All were very very good. Basmati rice bowl and more taste due to the teriyaki sauce.

I've been here twice. The first time I had the tuna sandwich which was delicious! The second time I had a special which was Mediterranean salad with grilled shrimp, greens, artichokes, asparagus, kalamata olives, feta cheese and heirloom tomatoes with a red wine dressing. To die for!!
The place itself is very cozy and kid friendly. The owners and employees are friendly, and make you feel welcomed and at home.

I’ve been here numerous times and I have never been disappointed, I have never written a review in my life for a restaurant but this restaurant deserves to hear how happy they have made me every single time I’ve walked in. Not to mention the food is fresh and to die for, you are paying for quality fresh food. They put time and effort into the food. The owner is the kindest woman, the Cheff is so kind and the rest of the staff are so sweet. The atmosphere is adorable and relaxing and have little games and stuff to play when you are enjoying your food. They work very hard and i appreciate them so much for it. Thank you simply bowls! Ps id put a picture of the food but we already ate it 😭
