We booked through Love Holidays with pictures of modern rooms with good cooking facilities. We were in fact met with a substandard room with no air con, small mites crawling all over the kitchen and substandard cleanliness especially in bathroom. Our shower was either full pelt or nothing at all and we have had to cut our holiday short and book an early flight home due to not being able to sleep|In the hot rooms. However, staff all polite and lovely and helpful but certainly expectations and reality did not meet. Love Holidays shame on you.

Very welcoming on arrival. Pretty quiet hotel at least when I was there mid January. Room was very spacious, TV (I didn't use), fridge, plenty plug sockets, NO kettle (didn't ask if one could hire one at reception)... Safe is 2euro per day or there abouts, order at reception for your code! Nice looking hotel and foyer. Breakfast is what you'd expect really, it served its purpose, English style and European, yogurts, croissants etc, tea, coffee and juice all in buffet style! You can go see what's on offer for buffet dinner before deciding to pay 16euros if you cba going out! |About 15 mins walk to the old town/rock pools. Restaurants a plenty around that area. And the zoo is on doorstep, about 8 mins walk which i fully recommend a visit, 42euro isn't a bad price at all! |A beach is about 4 mins walk away but at the moment it's worth mentioning that the sea all around the area is closed due to contamination, but you'll still see vermin humans swimming in human waste, made me feel ill! ||I would recommend the Skyview hotel and I will be revisiting 100% This was my first solo trip and am 40 years old (which might be useful info)

Stayed here for my 38th birthday at the end of January 2025.|The hotel is clean but extremely basic. If you’re looking for lovely seaviews from your balcony then this definitely not the place for you. There were no pictures/paintings on the walls or tv in the room and my balcony faced a block of flats. The bathroom was a decent largish wet room with a toilet and sink. There was no shower curtain/door which meant that having a shower would wet the majority of the bathroom/wetroom floor. |The reception team were friendly and polite but when I asked for a room change as I was here for my birthday and my room nowhere near matched any of the rooms on their website I was simply told there’s nothing he could do about it or change my room which was very disappointing.|The location is decent, there are a few shops within a 3min walking distance as well as the bus station and town is about a 10-15min stroll.

Fantastic stay! Please ignore the low reviews. This hotel is really really nice and such good value. Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has alot of variety, coffee machine, juices, fruits, cereals with all the toppings, cakes, salads, cheese, cold meats, pancakes, waffles and fry up options to start your day. Dinner is also really well priced if you didn't fancy venturing out for food. There was a bar on the entrance level that had cocktails on the go and music playing, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. I traveled solo and had a fab stay. Would definitely return. Really good location close to the beach, bus station and a very walk into the centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The good. The hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from bus station 10 mins walk to Loro Parque and 15 mins walk to centre of town with loads of bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The reception area, dining room, outside terrace bar and rest rooms are modern and immaculate and reception staff are very friendly. ||The “Not so good”. The hotel is clearly part refurbished and the new studio rooms look very nice however the room we stayed in (514) was one of the old rooms and was very careworn with discoloured and partially peeling wallpaper. The room overlooked the adjacent apartment block which for our visit was very noisy into the early hours of the morning. ||We both agree we would definitely stay here again but would make sure we booked a refurbished room.

Our overall holiday was very good, the hotel was clean and the food was fine. On arrival, after a long transfer from the South Airport, there was a welcome drink which was very welcome!||The room was clean and comfortable and was tidied daily, we only received one change of towels for the week and you have to pay for the safe, but otherwise no complaints.||The staff were really great, except for Jesus who was rude and ignored us at the bar whilst he continued a conversation with a fellow member of staff.||The place itself is a lovely place, 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping area and the harbour where you can swim. A further 5-10 minutes away is a swimming pool complex with the biggest pools I've ever swam in! it was very good, worth spending the 15 euros for the two of us for the day.||There is a Lidl a short bus ride away which also stops at a great restaurant, Las Dehesas which was a lovely find.||The biggest disappointment is the fact that the closest beach, Playa de Jardin, is closed due to sewage pollution. This is an ongoing problem with no resolution at present - so be warned, if sitting on the beach and swimming in the sea is paramount to your holiday, DO NOT GO to Puerto de la Cruz!

A clean hotel, good service and the room was good with a view onto the street. Food not bad, cold though and the themed dinners aren’t very themed at all. But, edible and plenty to choose from. No parking which is annoying but shops locally which was good. Noisy at night!!

You get what you pay for. Bargain price, for a bargain room. I was only there for 1 night, and it served me well. The staff where great.
