Horrible trabajo y manejo de servicios. Fui porque mi carro tenía la luz encendida de línea de control, dijeron que eran unos sensores pagué para que lo arreglaran y luego de dos semanas al recogerlo ellos dijeron que estaba listo y el problema resuelto, al manejar a casa el vehículo no tenía fuerza, verifiqué al llegar y la tapa del motor tenía aceite, al decirles a ellos eso dijeron “tal vez es el turbo” pero no me dijeron que según ellos habían visto que había fuga de aceite en el turbo. Se los lleve y de camino se encendió la luz de comando de nuevo ( “algo que ellos habían arreglado”) según ellos mismo una fuga de aceite no enciende la luz de comando entonces el trabajo realizado no sirvió. Ellos dicen en el nuevo diagnóstico que el problema es otro diferente al primer diagnóstico y tengo que pagar por el primer trabajo, ahora por el segundo trabajo y no se responsabilizaron por lo que cambiaron y vuelvo a encender. Fueron totalmente negligentes al entregar un vehículo y decir que estaba listo y estaba bien, fueron negligentes y al no decirme que vieron una fuga de aceite cuando recogí el coche, si no les hubiese escrito yo para reclamar no me lo habrían dicho por qué según el encargado “lo vio insignificante” por lo que pagué que era el problema, no era el problema y encima de eso dicen el “vehículo está bien” 😀

If I could give this dealership more stars, I would. This was my first experience purchasing a car (a VW Beetle) and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, and kind. I worked mostly with Christian Sanchez and was blown away with the level of customer service me and my family received. A little pricey but it's a dealership so that's pretty much exactly what you pay for.
I recommend going to the dealer for major services every now & then, but go to a local mechanic for the more frequent services and consumables (brakes, tires, etc.)
Very helpful staff that serviced my VW lickety-split 🚙💨

So I had Andrew O'Brien help me when I went to look for used cars, about 2 wks ago.
He was awesome, not your typical car salesman, which I appreciated very much! He was so helpful and kept my price range in mind. And he showed me some amazing cars! If you have to go car shopping I would recommend him for sure!

This is just a further reminder that if you’re buying a used car, bring a mechanic.

I purchased a used car from this dealership in December. The car was not properly cleaned out and there was the previous owners personal information left in the car(full name, previous purchase and trade in, phone number, etc.) this really should have been enough to have me walk away, but the test drive went well and the car was very clean so I tried to let that slip up slide.

The car I purchased from them had to go into the shop in less than 30 days because all the oil and coolant had leaked out. They put new brake pads on it but the rotors were bad and the pads warped so I now need to get new brake pads and rotors. The front struts had to be replaced because my suspension was trash. The coolant was leaking due to the head gasket. The thermometer housing and water pump needed to be replaced. The timing cover gaskets were leaking and needed to be replaced.

This dealership at least knew to some extent that these were issues with the car, but it’s unreal to me that they would sell this car at all, let alone for $11,000. They did push a $3000 extended warranty on me so thankfully most of what was wrong with this car was covered, but this place gives off sketch vibes and I don’t recommend buying from them at all.

I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Smith VW. Their Sales, Service, and Parts departments have provided the most excellent service possible. Mike, Matt, and Jason were great! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of any automotive needs.
