I asked for a cedar tree, as that's what we had growing up, and I wanted my grandkids to have the same experiences and memories I had. We "snowed" the tree with Ivory Snow as my Mom always did. My grandson said this is BEST Christmas EVER !!! Thank y'all SO much for the LAST 6ft. Cedar on the farm !!! Finished project pictured below. Memories made...another tradition started, and SOKOLL FARMS will be our first stop !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL LOOKING TO MAKE LASTING CHRISTMAS MEMORIES !!! ?❤️

What a beautiful place! We had a great experience picking out our tree and everyone was very helpful. Affordable prices and local!

What a great little farm!! The trees were darn near perfectly shaped! Tons of species to choose from. Cute homemade ornaments, picture opportunities, friendly people, and fun for the kids! We've finally found a great tree farm.

This was our first year coming here. I have to say, the service was more than friendly and respectful. They took time to explain the process, point out where different kinds of trees were located, and offered help if we needed it. They really made you feel welcome and wanted. Not just another get your tree and get out place.

The different crafts were amazing. I also purchased one of the crafts. When I got home and showed it off, I was instructed to go back and get another one.

The entire experience was pleasant and fast, but not rushed. The different decorations and the treehouse were amazing as well. We will definitely be going back next year.

My wife and I arrived just as they opened on their first day this year. We were greeted warmly by a young man who informed us he would be taking care of the measuring, cutting, and transportation of the tree, which was really nice and made the whole experience very simple and fun.

I called ahead the previous evening, and the man on the phone strongly recommended using the measuring sticks rather than “eye-balling” the trees’ heights. He was definitely correct as the first few trees my wife and I picked were far too large for our 8’ ceilings. Luckily the field was full of different types of Christmas trees, all well-maintained and healthy. We ended up selecting a Leland Cypress that was just perfect for our home, and the man helping us got to work cutting and moving the tree.

Once we were down by the main part of the tree farm we were greeted by even more friendly and helpful people. They informed us of how each type of stand worked and the advantages of each, and netted our tree before strapping it to our car. We literally had to do nothing but enjoy the beautiful field of trees and the lovely home nearby.

There was a beanbag game set up, and a huge, amazing tree house that the owners enthusiastically encouraged us to check out, and an enclosure for chickens that all expect you to have a treat. All-in-all a a great place to bring the kids while you get your tree.

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience, or recommend it enough to anyone nearby. My wife and I are expecting a child soon and we are going to make visiting the Sokoll Tree Farm each year for the holidays one of our new traditions. The warm people and nice atmosphere make it a joy to pick out a tree for your home, and they have many beautiful trees to pick from.

We had a fabulous experience at Sokoll Tree Farm out Cloverdale Road. Very easy to find with GPS and their great signage.We were greeted by the owner and happily allowed to let our leashed dog walk with us. After questioning us about our desires and requirements, he took us to gorgeous Murray Cypress (all sizes-we chose 10’) and gave us time to look. Just as we were ready to cut, his lovely wife, Lisa, and a friendly helper magically appeared and cut the tree for us! So many more great amenities: rides, fire-pit, Santa (see website), etc. Prices better than any other places, including Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart. Meeting the Sokolls was the best part of the visit. We are forever customers. The grand Finale was the easiest set up ever, once we got home. Definitely buy the “spike stand”- no leaning tree and NO skirmishes! ?. Thank you, Richard and Lisa!
