This was probably the best hospitality we have ever had when traveling. The home is absolutely beautiful, and well worth the price. Breakfast was made fresh from scratch every morning and was delicious. Pat’s hospitality far exceeded our expectations. You can tell she is passionate about the home, and gives lots of stories on the history of the mansion. She really makes it feel like you are at home. She even made sure we had breakfast covered our last day since we had to check out early due to our flights leaving early. If we are ever in the area we will definitely be re-booking with her.

We traveled as a mother daughter team in April. We had a wonderful time. Pat and the team are terrific! The place has a great historical story. You can see the heart and hard work put into the place. Breakfast is filling and a delicious way to start your day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is way more than a hotel or airbnb. It’s a historic piece with best of everything. The stay is comfy, the owner is super nice and considerate, food snack and breakfast are high standard and available according to our travel time. The owner has renovated this house heartfully with every single details being a story and being living-friendly. This is absolutely a night stay easily worth over 400 dollars.

There are nine rooms on three floors. The two rooms on first floor are handicap friendly with wide door. Next time I will have my whole team stay here for sure!

You cannot ask for a better, more relaxing beautiful place! Lovely owner and the employees are great. If you are looking for a beautiful historic B&B look no further than Pat's South Broadway Inn! Wonderful homemade breakfast, ceramic soaking or jet tubs. All for the same price you would pay to stay at a Holiday Inn. Amazing and cannot say enough good things!!

What an amazing stay at South Broadway Manor, Scottdale. We had booked for the New Years Eve 2024 as part of a toad trip across north America.
Pat was a fascinating host & her story is fab. Such taste in our room in the Carriage House.
We settled in with homemade cookies on offer & then walked into town for food before using the hot tub.
Lovely atmosphere around the amazing dinning room table gor breakfast & chat with the host Pat.

This Manor is lovely. We stayed in the Crystal Room and enjoyed our own fireplace. Walking distance to Carson's tavern with live music and local fare that was great! Loved the history of the manor and breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.

Step into the past with a stay in this historic and lovingly restored mansion! We visited Fallingwater and decided to book a night here as it’s only 35 miles away. What a treasure! The owner Pat is fantastic, over the top friendly and her restoration of the Manor and its support buildings are a complete labor of love. We arrived early so we got the grand tour of the mansion and its 9 uniquely furnished rooms. We’re huge history geeks, so it was an incredible experience! We had booked both rooms in the Carriage House and it was cozy, clean and comfortable. All of us felt pampered like royalty! Breakfast is normally at 9AM, but we needed to get on the road by 8:30AM. Raphael, the chef, kindly made special accommodations and it was over the top delicious! Our son ate so much that we thought he would eat his plate too. Snacks are provided throughout the stay and there’s a fire pit and hot tub available. If you like to immerse yourself in history or ever wanted to spend a night in museum, then look no further. You will fall in love with this building and it’s amazing staff - just like we did!
