Horrible pawn shop, deleted stuff of my laptop even when we called and told them that due to the hurricane we'd be in on the first of November to pick up our controllers and laptop. They erased the profile and everything on it from final photos of our father to important documents that was on it. And I could see if we hadn't been in contact with them but we had told them before our due date that the hurricanes had us alittle behind on things but would be in on the 1st to get everything caught up and out yet they still reset everything on my laptop to Katie's information.tgeb try blame us after ww had talked to them multiple times about it.

don't waste your time they look up values off of ebay show you price of broken stuff my 10 year old is smarter than then DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had multiple times when I tried to pawn something and they just don't have the money for it. Never had a pawn shop that has an issue loaning out $100 for a laptop because of lack of money. Now I kept in touch with them about the laptop. They reset it to factory making me lose all my final pictures of my dad. We bought a piece of furniture, they told us they could deliver. I came back much later, to find they had sold it to someone else without contacting us at all. They may serve with a smile, but are underhanded people in my opinion. They didn't delete the profile and add a guest like they were going to sell it, they deleted my profile and added their own like they were going to keep it.
