I have been doing business with Starrs Guitars for 19 years and I am certain it is the best music store in all of Colorado.
Mr Starr and his staff have always been able to take care of any of my music needs and are very pleasant to deal with.
If you want the best service and quality of instruments then this is the only place to shop.
I can’t recommend Mr Starr’s business enough as he has always been more than fair to me.

Love this place!! Recently went here for my saxophone reeds. Called to see if they were still open and if they carried what I needed.. the lady over the phone told me the price but when I came in person the reeds were a couple more dollars than she said over the phone, but she honored what she told me over the phone and charged me what she initially told me! Absolutely will be going here for all my reeds and musical needs! Way rather support a local business than ordering online.

So I'm a bit of a gear hound, but nothing could've prepared me for the oasis of Tone that is Starrs Guitars in Cedaredge. An amazing acoustic selection (to be sure and to be expected) BUT Mesa Boogie amps? Vintage Gibsons and Fenders? Extensive pedal and effects selection? WOW! You gotta drive to Denver to get this kinda stuff and here it is in Cedaredge. If you're a GAS (gear acquisition syndrome) sufferer, you owe it to yourself to stop at Starrs!

The owner is super nice! I got a great deal on a used banjo that sat in the store for a while. He shipped it for free, and he even threw in free strings and a t-shirt. He also appears to have a good selection of quality guitars. Highly recommend!

Great selection, knowledge and customer service. Just when I think customer service doesn't matter to too many people. Boom! I discover Candice and David at Starr's Guitar. Absolutely was like being a kid in a candy store. Warm, relaxed and comfortable ambience to explore and chase tonedom.
