Was excited till I got to the ticket booth and had to wait almost an hour to get my pre- purchased wristband! First of all I went to the booth by myself and couldn’t pick up my band and had to go back for my child so they can put his wristband on. I purchased the band so I should be able to just pick up the band. After I got my child I went back to booth and had to wait cause for some reason the lady couldn’t scan the QR code to give me my wristband that I pre purchased.
There should definitely be a booth for ONLY the people that have pre purchased their bands for faster pickup, that’s the whole purpose of pre purchasing. Or someone at the front gate to scan the QR codes for the wrist bands. Only if they have pre purchased. Also more shade for the tables in the food area. This is a great event so I think more people will hear about it next yr so more porta potty’s and sinks might come in handy. Vendors and food was all great!!

Rides were so fun!! All the food and venders were so nice! Live music was amazing! Loved everything there.

This was the most unorganized event that I took my Grandson to today the old lady with hat on at the ticket booth told me I could purchase a ticket there and that the tickets could only be purchased online days in advance and told me to leave so as I was walking back towards the front entrance I stopped to speak to security and told him what just happened and he said wait a mintue you were told what he said that lady doesn't know what she's talking about because I was like so when people's arrive thinking there about to have fun there not because they had to buy tickets in advance so the security guard contact the main guy in charge and told him what just happened so he told me to go back to the both and he will meet me there to purchase my ticket but that old lady had a lot of people's upset with her because she was telling them the same thing but it was just a back and forth game but we finally got our wrist band and my Grandson really enjoyed himself.
