I have been trying for almost three weeks to purchase a bike from this place—all cash, an easy sale. They don't answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold forever. I've been told to communicate through email, but no luck there either; no reply. I even started working with Sean, but still no reply. One time he said they are super busy and short-staffed. Well, busy is good, right? Make sure you learn how to profit from the busy season too. Guys, I'm trying to buy a motorcycle! I have cash! I'm not calling to complain; I just need you to take my money and give me the bike. What's wrong with you guys? If this is the service I'm getting now, it makes me worry about the service I'll receive after purchasing the bike.*BTW I am a out of state client. *

Wonderful motorcycle dealer!!
I worked with Monica and Sean, they are both knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly. The whole process was reassuring and pleasant.
I have tried other closer dealers who do not even compare. It was worth driving 80 miles to work with these folks.
Highly recommend!

Love doing business with a family owned shop, Eric took me for an awesome test drive… we must’ve went 20 miles, Monica was great and helping me get all the paperwork as well as Heidi. It’s a friendly atmosphere no pressure bought a 2023 challenger they’ll have a customer for life. I can’t wait to put the new exhaust on! I can’t forget Sean Who went over all the options especially “the sport mode” thanks Sean this bike is amazing

Got us right in to replace our breaks and put on new motorcycle tires. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. They don't have a huge selection inside but different choices than other spots from gloves, to t-shirt and hats. Great variety of bikes to check out for sale. Definitely will recommend.

I was looking for a particular bike and they had it at the best price that I could find. Sean was a great salesman and handled everything very professionally. I purchased the bike Thursday morning and it was delivered to me Friday morning at a reasonable price. Regan is great in the parts department and Heidi was a wonderful person to deal with in the financial department. I highly recommend Street Stuff. I will be a returning customer.

I cannot say enough good things about my purchase experience with Street Suff Cycle. I am a first time bike purchaser and I never felt the "hard" sell. They were extremely knowledgeable and were more about educating me as opposed to trying to sell me. After taking delivery, we encountered a DMV issue that would have resulted in a meaningful delay in receiving my plates. Monica, the owner of Street Stuff, worked some sort of magic such that my plates were delivered in record time. As part of Monica's "magic" she involved the Indian Motorcycle Corporation who personally reached out to me and provided great additional customer support. It's one thing to provide customer support when everything goes according to plan but to step up and deliver when things go sideways is extraordinary. Thank you to both the Indian Corporation and to Monica and her team for supporting me through this entire process.

I live on the east end of Long island.
I recently bought a brand new 2024 Indian Springfield down in Daytona. I got back to New York and within about six weeks of ownership a deer ran into the front end of my bike as I rode down the road..The deer caused $8000 worth of damage. I searched for Indian dealerships that were not too far away from my home,
I read About the Indian dealership in Norwich Conn. They stated that they had been in business for a long time ,they were family owned,
and are very reliable and attention to detail kind of dealership. I thought I would get treated with respect and have good results.
So I made an appointment to bring my bike up to Norwich Indian dealer. they told me they would look at it within a week to a week and a half, and get an estimate out to the insurance company.
They said ,once the insurance company approves of everything they would order the parts and do the work... and I would be back riding in no time.
I brought my motorcycle up to them May 13 after about 2 1/2 months of total frustration ..no one answering the phone ,no one returning calls.
I would call twice a week checking on when they gonna send out the estimate to the insurance company, I heard when the insurance company approved it then they had to order the parts the parts came in then weeks went by before they started the work again. Finally after two months my bike was finally finished and ready For pick up.
it's just a very very unprofessional dealership.!
My motorcycle was sitting in the parking lot. So of course I went over it with a fine tooth comb. Being that the motorcycle was showroom only six weeks old before the deer incident.
The first thing I noticed on the brand new fender was the trim piece they put on .
it was all scratched up.It looked as if they picked it up off parking lot floor in which cars ran over it.
One side was perfect the other side was totally screwed up. The other thing I noticed was one of the bolts on the light bar was completely rusted they stated that that was the existing bolt that was on the bike in which they did not have to replace the light on the other side. So Indian Motorcycle parts rust within six weeks of purchase. How Pathetic is that ?The Trim piece, I was told ,is a straight piece that comes from The factory.
They said you have to twist it and contort it to fit the curve of the fender. I was told ,a lot of times when you bend it , it creases the trim piece.
that was the excuse I got. But if you leave it in the sun , a lot of times the heat of the sun straightens out the creases. I thought to myself sure .....
and I have a bridge that I'd like to sell you.
The guy that worked on my bike said he saw it since he put this trim piece on days earlier..
I thought if you saw the condition of the trim piece you should've have ripped it off and put another piece on ....since it was obviously substandard and Damaged. I am totally disgusted and unhappy with this dealership ....
the way I was treated ....I felt like I was misled from the beginning and throughout the process of fixing my bike..In the beginning All I heard was ....
we are a small company , and we do professional work ,but after weeks and then months went by their attitude changed to.you have to understand we are just a small dealership and we are struggling to keep up..
So I felt misled and in the end disappointed with the results of the work.
anyway this was my experience. Good luck
