Wish there was more hair stores in Merced besides her that’s more welcoming and treat there guest with dignity and respect . She is a very rude lady and overcharges and will cheat u if u don’t watch … if it wasn’t for your customers u wouldn’t have a business start some training on customer service

I've never been to a wig store before , very interesting. Seemed to have a good selection. The salesman was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful . If you are looking for a wig, lashes, nails, or any accessories? Check this place out.

Being new to Merced I went in with an open mind and an understanding that it won’t be as big as other stores. I was appalled and dismayed at the Owner (who was working) was rude and not knowledgeable on products she was selling, she even told me “I don’t know I just sale the stuff”. And when I told her what I was looking for she kept trying to up sale me on something else. Also the store isn’t well organized most things are still in boxes and they want you to dig around. When I asked when she will be getting more variety she said “when she makes more money” which is crazy to me to say that to someone who is spending money at your shop. As a black woman i have been to many beauty supply stores all over and this is by far lacks knowledge, compassion and overall sales skills. I have went a few times just to give it a fair chance but after that I can say I won’t be back.

This store always has a warm welcome for me, I've been coming here since before she moved. And every time I go it's also a ego boost for me because I'm there buying hair cause there's usually something else wrong in my life. Sonny see"s this and reminds me that I don't need hair even though she wouldn't sell it, Her dogs are always so well behaved too.

I came to look for a wig after having covid my hair is falling out and I figured I’d just buy a wig till it grows back in , the lady was so rude no manners at all , I couldn’t see what all she had so I was looking around and she very rudely said you can’t go over there I’ll help you . I’m like well I can’t see the wigs over there ,she said witch one you want? I just left I don’t know witch one I want I can’t see them .

Never shop here, she's rude and doesn't know how to reason. If the wig hasn't been opened and was bought less than 20 minutes ago we should be able to return. Also would be nice to let your customers know your policy before they pay. You know? be verbally informative. Not just on some sign that's placed by clutter
