On 12/17/24 I shopped this store. I live out of town and we do not have a Hallmark store. I found a tote bag, with red cardinals, with two price tags; the sales clerk told me the $19.99 was the original price and the tag below for $9.99 was the new price. When I got home, guess which price I was charged-$19.99. Secondly, I also purchased a larger item, which they put into a thin paper bag. When I opened the door to leave, the bag tore, spilling out my Deer Lodge Mug. One of the sales ladies saw what happened and checked the mug, saying it was not broken. Got home and it was chipped. This has bothered me and today, 12/29/24, I called and talked with a lady named Tracie and asked for a manager. She offered no apology and said she would have the manager call me back on another day, whenever she came back to work. I am an older female and I am disappointed to see such an uncaring business

Went into this store to pick up my birthday gift my daughter ordered me. Got in the store the associate was rude. Asked me in a very ugly manner the name on my package. Once I told her she acted like she couldn't find it and had the other associate go in the back to look. Finally, the other associate came back and looked and immediately found it. Had my daughter who purchased the item on the phone trying to explain to the mean old lady behind the counter what had transpired during the purchase and how she could locate my gift. Once the gift was located the mean lady still would not give me my gift she was rambling about was there a receipt in the bag and had I paid for it when clearly I was there to pick up a gift with my name on the package. At this point of standing in the store around 20 minutes to be treated like I was stealing and clearly being profiled because I am african american, I was on my way out the store without my gift and the nicer associate then told me she was going to let me have my gift. I was so traumatized and upset at this point but I did let them know that I have never stolen anything in my life and I know that this only happened because I am black. I will never ever visit this store again after the way they made me feel.

Very nice Hallmark store. Friendly employees that are always helpful and pleasant. Have shopped and bought as well as picking up shipments from online purchases. So glad it is in my neighborhood.

Very nice place inside. We got our cards and great choices. I was looking for the musical playing cards! I was a bit disappointed that Hallmark did not carry enough of these cards in stock. I would recommend a visit

Cute Hallmark shop with plenty of cards and gift items. A wide variety of different types of items from Pandora charms to tshirts to seasonal.

Please update your operating hours. It is well past 11 AM on a Sunday and the store is not open. If you are closed on Sundays, you should post it on the website.
