Delicious sushi! I ordered the Salmon Blue Crab, Gyoza, and Sushi Deluxe. It’s a bit pricey, but everything was excellent! The service was great, and the atmosphere was both comforting and aesthetic. I highly recommend!

I was at the Casino for my daughter's event. We decided to grab sushi for lunch. Sushi Koya was great. We were seated and waited on immediately. Our wattress was both extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and served quickly. Portion sizes were good. Plating was nice and pricing was average.

First time Diner and I’m so glad I switched my previous reservation to this establishment. There is not enough reviews for this location to signify how amazingly fresh and tasty this food is. Staff is so friendly and food comes out fast and so flavorful. The ambiance is small but cute loving the ecstatics with the deco art. The food is deliciously tasty and just soo freaking fresh. It was definitely made with a lot of love and we will be back again….

Enjoyed a nice meal. We basically walked in and we're seated. Arrived late... Ambiance is nice but the sound system was a touch loud. Cosi spot.

Edamame appetizer was good. A little salty. Server was nice. My roll was very good. A spicy crunchy tuna. The sashimi salmon was served very chilled, good color, and smooth.

The volcano roll was liked by all.

Lobster roll was okay.

Skipped desert. Sorry.

The Sushi was excellent and was served to us fast. We had the Philidelphia Roll and the Fresh White Crab Roll and they were absolutely delicious, so much so that I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very expensive bite to eat. You're getting 110% value for what you pay for.

Very yummy sushi, I recommend Pink lady

Update: stopped by again, it was late, place was very busy but we were seated promptly. Waiter was multitasking. He managed all tables by himself very professionally, though he forgot pink lady roll and setzer refill. But we were full so we didn't complain. Food was good again, but please make something with donut roll.... We will come back 👍

I ran into Sushi Koya after a little bowling in Mohegan Sun. This is a small spot complaint with social distancing and masks requirements. The service was great! The sushi even better. I will definitely be returning.
