My husband ordered the nacho supreme with a taco. He got home with it and first off there was no meat on the nachos, the beans were nasty. He had ordered extra nacho cheese which we did not get and there was not even enough chips. I'd say the nastiest nachos I've ever had I for one don't want to eat here ever again

They have never once gotten my families order right. We've had to make it a tradition to check our bag thoroughly before we drive off. I don't think the people working there pay attention at all to what the customers says. We're 9 times our of 10 disappointed.

This is the third time the food has been really shitty. The quality has gone downhill. It is eating soft on soft no crunchy texture at all for the Mexican pizza.

My wife drives thirty minutes, to get online order you screw it all up to hell, she drives back another thirty minutes to get stuff YOU FORGOT to find out TACO BELL ran out of beef!!!!! And they best you can do is here is some chicken!!!!!!! See good customer service would have refunded her whole order and then let her decide if she wants your crap chicken! Instead of "that's all we have"!!!!! You idiots actually wonder why people hate your restaurant!!!!!! Not just the price MORONS!!!

Same experience as a lot of other customers...ordered food and waited for a long time and when we asked about it, we're told that the machine that displays orders is broken...considering the employee and all the others were standing there doing nothing...interesting but not very convincing especially given they were looking at us sitting in the lobby waiting. They tried to "make up" for the long wait and forgotten order with a baja Dew Gelato...weird and disappointing. I get it's Taco Bell but c'mon where was the basic customer service?

We walked in and there was no customers there. Every single table except for the one the workers were sitting at was dirty. In the 30 min we were there no one came to clean of the tables or seats. There was no less than 7 employees there at one time and no one ever cleaned anything. One worker even asked the manager what he could be doing and she told him to go break down boxes or something. At this same time there were no drive through costumers so there were people just standing behind the counter waiting. The manager did seem to be doing work that needed to be done for a new employee but she also seemed overwhelmed when there were not many customers. Not sure what the deal was but this day was definitely a fail for this taco bell. The food was ok, the drinks they were out of mine so I had to settle for something else.

Tried going through drive thru, no one on speaker. Went inside where the manager asked if that was us. She made an excuse. We ordered our food and sat down. A single man came in and ordered. Then an older couple came in and ordered and sat down. One of the workers went on break and sat in the lobby. About 30 seconds after he sat down one of the other workers called him up for his food. Hmm. I've been sitting here 10 minutes without food. Single guy then gets his food. Hmm. Still waiting for my order. One of the workers comes out with my food and says "here is 2 orders is cinnamon twists for the wait". OK cool. My chalupa was cold. Another guy came in and ordered and waited. When he got his food, something was missing and when he asked about it, there was a long drawn out discussion about why he didnt get the item. They were just gonna let him walk out without having his full order. There was only one guy in there when we walked in. Three cars came and went through the drive thru before we got our order. You can't fix everything with cinnamon twists. Especially when someone is allergic. DO BETTER!

6 other people got refunded .
Manager had his hands full.
Went across parking lot to Alabertos, was there but 10 minutes, got food and went home.
