Lleve mi guagua escape 2021 con problema de fábrica y supuestamente la reglaron y todavía sigue con el mismo problema, otra cosa estube sin mi guagua 2 dias y tampoco tenian carro para prestarme un dia me decia una cosa y al otro dia me decian otra y ahora me dijero q era la transmisión como puede ser eso una guagua nueva.. ahora tengo cita para areglarla supuestamente.. estoy muy enojada y muy insatisfecha con la compañía FORD

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bought my new Ford Ranger at Tasca over the weekend, and the experience was easily five stars. First, my sales rep - Colin - was the easiest car salesman to work with that I’ve ever encountered. I live more than an hour from this Tasca, and the only way I was going to consider a purchase was to do the negotiating and prep work over the phone. Colin and I spoke on the phone, and texted for a while back and forth to find a price. He was able to assess the value of my trade-in remotely, send me the credit paperwork online, and basically had everything ready for me to get everything done in minutes.

The only glitch was that the truck color I wanted - and inquired about - using the Cars.com app was actually different than the one that Colin received via the app. So when I arrived, the “wrong” truck was waiting. He had it detailed and prepped for me. I didn’t mind the new color, but really wanted the blue one that I thought I had requested. Since the blue one was still there, Colin happily went to work, and made it happen. They detailed it, let me test drive, and sent me on my way.

The finance manager (I forgot her name) was awesome. Super efficient. Very friendly. She offered me additional services, but did not push. I’ve bought cars before where the finance managers were downright rude about extended warranties and other add-ons. Not this one. She was super friendly and sarcastic in the best way.

I’ve only driven Toyota Rav-4’s for 25 years now because they’re great cars and last forever. I wanted a fun purchase so I got a Ranger in an awesome color blue. I’m so glad I chose Tasca Ford. It was a hike to get there and back, but Colin and the staff made it worth it.

No matter where you live in relation to Berlin, CT, if you’re getting a Ford, use Tasca, and ask for Colin. You’ll thank me later.

Went today to get new key fobs as mine have not work for a while. I figured I would end up with 2 new keys fobs… wrong! Instead of charging me for 2 news keys a very nice gentleman from the parts department (forgot his name) took a peak at it and realized there was a quick fix and now my key works at no charge! Excellent service will definitely be going back for my next vehicle!

I went to the dealer to install my satellite cable so I could listen to it again, fix a bad tire pressure sensor and change the oil. The cost was better than the first time and they were carefully not to break anything in the dash.

This is the first time I have ever bought the same brand of vehicle or bought from the same dealership twice in a row. My salesperson, Colin was on top of things and very efficient. Katherine in the business office explained all of my options and was extremely helpful with all of the paperwork needed for buying a vehicle. The whole process, in-store was about 2 hours. I would recommend Tasca Ford in Berlin to anyone looking to buy a Ford product.
