We have lived here for almost 2 years now and it has been nothing but trouble. Everything is broken and it takes forever for maintenance to fix. Example first week we moved in and out heat broke it was the middle of November and cold outside we had to go 2 weeks without heat and no compensation on the rent or a simple apology. Our washer broke and flooded our apartment a short time after. The carpet were filthy and again nothing from management we had to pay to get the carpets cleaned ourselves. Noisy neighbors, we had to walk through bird shit to get to our apartment because they let the birds poop all over and not clean anything. Now our sliding glass dot has been broken for 2 months now and not a word we have contacted maintenance and management both with no response. All we get is the part is ordered. This is the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with so glad to be leaving soon. I will never recommend this place for anyone to live in. Oh ya and they keep raising the rent with no upgrades to the property and want to charge a mortgage payment for this hell hole.

I moved here recently from a different state and love everything about the complex. The moving/leasing process was as easy as it possibly could be given my wife and I were not able to see the apartments in person. The leasing office was extremely accommodating and helpful.

All the trees are beautiful and there’s something about the apartments that feel like home. Maintenance and service requests are easy to submit online and response time is amazing as well. Any issues I experience are addressed quickly. I’d highly recommend the Apartments at Pike Creek.

Everyone has been very helpful. All maintenance issues have been taken care of very quickly. Most the next or same day. The pool always has a life guard, Nick, who is very nice and takes the time to say hi and talk to you. Great asset to the complex. Making you feel welcome and helping you if you need it. The office has been very helpful with all my questions and requests.

The apartments are nice, but I would not have moved here if I knew what an unbelievable hassle the rental process would be. For example, three separate money orders for rent, security deposit, and pet deposit. Because Giant has a $500 limit per money order, I had to get 8 money orders. I could not get cashier's checks mailed from my online bank on time and they would not accept an electronic payment for Western Union. What really infuriated me was the misinformation related to renters' insurance and the refusal to give me a key when I had a moving van and help waiting after packing and driving 1-1/2 hours. The welcome letter says you can "enroll in the Paradise Management Property Liability Waiver Program" or purchase your own renter's insurance. I emailed a manager to find out how to enroll int the liability waiver program and she responded with a phone number. The person who answered the phone said I would automatically be enrolled, and it would be paid with my rent. I asked if I needed to bring proof of insurance to the lease signing and was told that I did not. I said I would not be happy if I showed up and was not given a key without proof of insurance. The woman said she was sure it would not be an issue. I think the young woman in the rental office really enjoyed telling me I could not have a key to move in because I did not have proof of insurance. Office does not accept packages and you drive trash to a dumpster at the entrance to the complex. No recycling

So my elderly mother lived here for a period of 2 years due to be displaced by fire and I must say thank god it's about to be over..
The first thing upon move in the whole process of needing several money orders was a mess and a waste when she very easily offered to pay the year in full straight from her insurance company.
This office management staff is extremely rude and un professional and the turn over rate is ridiculous.
When she moved not so bad at all the gentleman Colin and young lady prescious were phenomenal but after they left the present staff lazy unprofessional and rude and willing to go along with breaking rules if you mention complaining to corporate .
I no first hand cause they accepted a letter emailed from me who isn't the tenant to release information for a third party company only when i threatened to call corporate..
The management sucks and I wouldn't waste my time.
The thing is that really is upsetting to me is the community and the property is wonderful but the present management team make it not worth the stress and aggravation that they bring to the suitation with there rude attitude and lack of professionalism..

although it was only a short term lease, I loved living here. The swimming pool was very nice and loved getting to use the gym. Madison was friendly and professional right when opening the front door, Allison was great too. The two seemed quick to answer any questions I had while living here. One of the nicer apartments I’ve lived in. The Maintaince was quick to solve any issue we had.

I love it here at the Apartments at Pike Creek. The staff is friendly, the apartments are well maintained, the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. The neighbors are friendly. My apartment was upgraded with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It is beautiful.

I really enjoyed this place. It was sad leaving. The renovated units were very nice and noise did not transfer easily, aside from barking dogs. I had a great experience, and it was a well loved apartment. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk in. I lived there in 2018-2019.
