Hice un pedido de un tuxedo. Cuando vino no era lo que me esperaba así que quise cambiar de estilo de tuxedo. El cambio de estilo me costó 10 dólares extras.
Cuando me llegó el segundo estilo de tuxedo me enviaron una talla equivocada con las mangas totalmemente hechas un desastre. La calidad era pésima.
A la tercera, recibí un tuxedo más o menos decente y de la talla que había pedido.

Quickest, easiest and most professional suit rental experience ever. The entire process took less than 15 min from walking in the door to finalizing the order. The associate who fitted me, Tucker, took a few key data points like height and weight, a few quick measurements and set me up with a fitting room in minutes. I tried everything on and the basic fit was spot on. Tucker made notes of a few tailoring adjustments to really hone the fit and that was it. I’ve rented for many occasions over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The Black Tux Santa Monica will be my go to for suit rentals from now on!

Material wasn’t very good; alterations were don’t half heartedly; pants were not the break I asked for; buttons on the shirt fell off when I tried to put the shirt on; the bow tie was not very secure; my brother (THE GROOM) did not receive his order that was placed 5 months in advance and The Black Tux did not make any effort to correct the problem.

I would not use the company again nor would I recommend someone to use it. You’d have a better chance getting a tuxedo from the $5 shop on the side of the road that would last 100000x longer than these tuxes lasted. Steer clear!! THE BLACK TUX SUX!!!!!

The team here went above and beyond getting all of my family and I fitted even with a mixup in scheduling, they quickly accommodated all of us and were so patient and careful with getting all of us our products. Excellent care and excellent service and incredibly knowledgeable about tastes and products for this time of year. Highly recommend!!

Tucker was extremely helpful with the fitting, helping navigate a mish-mash of body measurements to find a suit that works best.
The appointment did not feel rushed at all and was super efficient.
Definitely would recommend Black Tux, and more importantly the Santa Monica showroom.
